Can’t fault these lads. From start to finish everything was perfect. Seems to be a family run business, husband and wife. Shelley came and gave us a great quote and on the day of the move her husband Robbie turned up with his employees. Turned up on time, loaded everything in good time and unloaded the other end effeciently. Not much more to say really. Done everything that we expected. Happy customer would definitely recommend.

Do NOT USE this company!!!
Shelley is charming and will win your business but then not answer any calls when there are issues.
We had items broken and damaged. Rob turns it all around and blames the customer and claims that we had broken the items, even though we have pictures of the broken items still in the storage unit!
He is abusive and doesn't listen

We ordered their complete house move package which involved them packing our items as well as transporting them. They seriously underestmated amount to be moved so turned up with not enough transport. Left items in the garden. Broke two bottles of vintage wine. Bookcase/cd storage which was attached to the wall was simply ripped away without being unscrewed leaving holes in the walls. Items were lost and others just thrown into boxes. I was glad I wrapped important fragile items myself. They claimed they didn't know the way to the new property, but were there when I arrived with the keys. Because they didn't have enough transport they had to go back to the original property, which technically wasn't now ours. They tried to get more money from us and required paying in cash. Absolute charlatans and completely useless at what they do. Engage at your peril, and if you do, watch their every move. I wish I had.

Shelley and Robbie really bring the meaning of a family run business. Very professional and passionate about there company. Would recommend to anyone. If you and looking for removals or packing service we would say give them a ring and see what we experienced

Very good from start to finish. Arrived bang on time and worked for 11 hours doing 2 runs on a very hot day. Considerate with our stuff. No damages. Robbie and and his mate are hard working friendly guys. Good value for money.

Shelly came round to quote and was lovely. We received the quote. On the day of the removal I received a phone call from them whilst at work saying that they couldn’t get our fridge freezer out of the kitchen as the screws on the doors had been cross threaded and I would need to organise someone to take out the patio windows. I got someone around and they discovered they were using the wrong screw fitting to undo the screws. They knocked down our garden wall left it unsafe and didn’t tell us (although they did get it repaired and it was done well). This held up completion. They also packed our movable thermostat and couldn’t retrieve it and said we should of told them not to pack it. This cost £200 to put right. Robbie the owner then phone and was swearing down the phone at me very hostile and aggressive and said that the price was double to the quote. Since they had our stuff in storage and they were hold our stuff to randsome I had to agree to pay an extra £500! Our stuff was packed very badly and stuff is missing and damaged. I have not contacted them over this as the last conversation I had with Robbie did not go well! Do not use a bunch of cowboys who are unprofessional and rude.

Really awful service start to finish. Recently used to move my Mum. Rude and abrasive removal men. No uniform and vans not sign written as per website. No care at all for her belongings. Damaged several things but most notably shattered her tv but then said it was her own fault for how it was wrapped and refused to take any action. Dragged rather than lifted furniture and damaged feet to sofa, table legs etc. Ignored all correspondence about damage.

Overall these guys were OK. Only issue was that they arrived late and seemed in a no particular rush despite our dealdines. They got the job done, however caused us unnessary stress on an already stressful day. They were firendly enough hence the OK score.

Honesty couldn't of asked for a better team. My wife and i were moving house and contacted Gibbs removals at fairly short notice. They wrapped packed and boxed all our items. Great service, great team, 5* . If we ever move again i will definitely be calling mr gibbs
