I had 2 sim cards in 2 different alarm systems. The first problem is when I forgot my password because they would not send an update email as I had 2 different cards. Why I could not just tell them which one needed to be reset I don't know. I was unable to see text messages they sent as the sims were in alarms, not helpful. Then they cancelled the sim card though no use so when it needed to send me an alarm notification as my van was being broken into I didn't get it. Never again!
The customer service is so bad
The customer service is so bad . I sent massage to the agent on 18.06.2026 today is 22.06.2026 and no response. What customer service is that?

I think giffgaff is the best place to…
I think giffgaff is the best place to get your SIM cards from. They do the best deals ever. I was with giffgaff quite a few years ago and for some reason went to a well known shop and it was the biggest mistake. All they do it try and get you to do this, do that and that really does put me off. I had to wait for my contract to finish. I knew I was going back to giffgaff. I think what put me off for a while was it used to be quite hard ( well for me ) to do it all online. It’s so much easier now though. I would recommend anyone joining giffgaff. I have an iPhone 15 but, maybe at the end of the year might upgrade through giffgaff to an iPhone 17. My £10 just comes out every month, they always let me know when it’s coming out. It’s always done and I’m never left without minutes or texts etc. I did have a bit of confusion at the beginning because for some reason I was given tel username’s. But that was sorted and I’ve been happy ever since. If I have a query I ask the community and always get lots of answers. Yes I love giffgaff….
GiffGaff is great value
GiffGaff is great value, easy to use, and with good customer service. I have been using GiffGaff for over 10 years and have never had any issues.
Great idea, love the ethos.
Great idea, love the ethos. Wish our signal was better, as I'm always being asked why I haven't used my phone and it's because we can't get a proper signal at home and that's not one of the options on the form.
Giff Gaff no fuss, it just works
There’s no complications with Giff Gaff. You choose your level of what you think think you need.
After a short while giff gaff contacted me a said your paying £10 a month built we recommend you reduce £6 per month based on your usage.
How’s that for looking after their customers
Giff gaff good and cheap and efficient

Huge lack of common sense
I have literally put one star because I can’t put None! It’s the most ridiculous (online ONLY based) thing I have ever know I won’t go into the boring details bit if there’s a problem which I had! You are dealing with awkward unhelpful people via email with Zero common sense or real interaction and after far too hours of wasted time and energy I just had to cancel via my bank because they were unwilling to listen or to sort what was a straight forward request out …and the app is dreadful .. just a really bad decision on my part , so I’ve re done it with a different network that I can communicate with if needed and even speak to a real person , without any issues or problems and really straightforward and simple .. be careful there is no customer support number it’s Email contact only !
ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!
I love this company. Totally trustworthy, helpful and great value. Wouldn't be without giffgaff. Thank you to all the Team.
