NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS

I Purchased an electronic gift card from Gift Card Rescue over 4 days ago on a Friday Morning. I received it the next day (Saturday). I tried to use it within an hour after I received it and it did not work. I contacted the company right away (It was the same Saturday) thru an email. Today is Tuesday Night (they are now closed) I have still not heard from them about my refund. When you go in to look at the order number it says open and that it is no longer eligible for a refund. I will NOT be purchasing from them ever again and will be contacting my credit card tomorrow if I do not hear from them by this time tomorrow. This is unacceptable. I am still getting their harassing emails about buying gift cards. I get them sometimes 3 times a day!

Fast, reliable service

This is at least the third or fourth time that I have purchased gift cards from GiftCardRescue and I continue to be highly satisfied. I have had problems in the past with gift cards coming with either 0 balance or being already registered by someone else and these gift cards continue to be reliably loaded with the stated value and I have been able to register them to myself.

Cards can be removed from a shopping cart by another person.

Once a card is in your cart, it should stay there until you purchase or log off. Someone else shouldn't be able to remove it from your cart.

electronic giftcard was invalid

I was very disappointed with my electronic giftcard purchase ($200). It was delivered through my giftcard rescue account one day after I purchase it. I was very excited to use it at the participating store ( dress barn), when it's time to use it as payment, it was invalid. I retry entering the card number hoping I made a mistake, but after 6-7 times of attempts, I finally called dress barn. Customer service told me that it was invalid card.
I contact giftcard rescue Customer service, he told me they will contact me in 2 business days. Day 3, I have3 not heard anything from them so I finally contact the CS again. This time he told me his sending a refund request. I received it and fill out the info needed. Its has been a horrible experience. To this day I have not heard back the result. GCR has taken money alrady from my credit card and yet I did not received my giftcard. it is very frustrating. it is not right for them to sell something that is not usable, and after charging my CC account. I hope GCR will investigate whoever use the electronic giftcard in a timely manner. I will definitely NOT purchase anything else EVER to this company.
I sure am posting on FB, Twitter about this horrible experience with them.

Terrible Experience

Placed order on 1/9/2016 and mailed card. Didn't receive notification that card had been received until 2/10/2016 over a full month later. It is 2/29/2016 and I still haven't received payment.

This place buys and resells giftcards that do not have the values on them they claim. Avoid this seller.

Terrible, terrible terrible service

Paid extra for expedited processing and it took 3 days to process.
Paid for 2 day shipping and it took 5 days to ship and 3 days to try delivery.
They sent it to the wrong address over 1400 miles away from my home.
They sent it to a undelivered address, so I never got the product.
I called for a refund and they said they would look into it and I never heard back.

These people are terrible to work with.

Didn't stand behind their cards

Cards were approx 2 weeks past the company's "warranty" time and they wouldn't stand behind the cards. Have spent ~$10,000 with them in the past with no issues. Had to escalate this $3500 discrepancy to my credit card company. Very frustrating. Plenty of competitors out there.... Will never purchase from them again.

I Gave Them My Gift Card for Free

I sent GCR my gift card on December 25, 2015. I was told they received the gift card on December 31, 2015. My payment was processed on January 7, 2016. Well, it is now February 27, 2016 and I have nothing to show for it except for several emails, wasted time, and gullibility.
Did you know that GCR is not accredited with the BBB? I wish I would have known before I sent them my gift card. I feel frustrated because I have attempted to contact them with the hope of resolving this issue and getting my money several times, but with no results to show for it.
I feel cheated and quite frankly violated by this company. It's all about the principle of making good on your word and not making false promises! Although my payment of $26.25 might not be a huge amount (unlike some other customers that are out hundreds of dollars), that gives them no right to disregard my order string me along over nine weeks with no results.
Please learn from my bad decision to use GCR and steer clear of this fraudulent company. If you ever want to see your money again, find a gift card exchange company that is accredited by the BBB! Don't take your chances.

VERY DISHONEST (my opinion) .... mama and papa business

100% Honest experience. I bought a gift voucher for $1,089.29 and after a while I tried to use it and it did not work so I contacted them and they promised that within 7 days they will sort it out and refund me. Well I had to contact them many times via email and calls they always gave me excuses such as their manager is very busy ..... in my opinion they were childish, irresponsible and full of BS..... DID THEY THINK FOR A MINUTE THAT I WOULD GIVE THEM $1089 FOR NOTHING?! My belief is that they finally refunded me ONLY because I told them that I was about to call my credit card compony.
On the positive, the saving can be interesting but in case of trouble, my suggestions would be to contact them once out of courtesy but after that just contact your credit card compony.
Now the childish response of the compony: I tried to buy more cards from them using my American Express (Amex is a big protector of their customers and they don't take BS lightly) and they didn't let me buy more cards. Their feelings were hurt because I didn't let them scam me?
So all in all, don't give them more than one chance and following that speak to your credit card company.

You are still able to purchase from our site. Your refund request takes time to investigate to ensure that you in fact are due a refund. We do have customers that work with their credit card companies as well however if that is the case they are then blocked from making additional purchases.

GiftCardRescue Should Be Your Choice in Giving

GiftCardRescue has the best discounts on gift cards of any site I have found. They have quick delivery and great service. I normally am not impressed with online sites, but this one is so much different. Have completed about half of my 2016 Holiday shopping already.

Too slow

I did not give a 5 star rating because it takes 1 to 2 DAY(S) to get the electronic gift cards. It's electronic not regular mail, should take only a couple of hours.

BAD AND POOR SERVICE

This is my first time to leave a comment. This company sucks! I sold and mailed my gift card to them more than a month a ago but until now they haven't sent me my check.(more than 45days now) Tried to call them but no one will answer. Tried to email them many times but they just tell me we will send you check again with our automatic payment system! What the heck is automatic payment system when they can send a physical check instead!!! I hope this company is not a SCAM!

I have had nothing but good experiences making purchases from Gift Card Rescue. I had issues when I changed my email ID and once when I "thought" I had not received a gift card that I purchased. I contacted customer service and everything was resolved promptly.

Really slow!

I Mailed my gift cards to them over a month ago and still have not received any information from them on if they received the gift cards and when I will get my check. I called them a bunch of times and sent many emails, the 2 times I did get a person on the phone they told me the same thing we are backed up. I never would have sent them my gift cards if I knew it was going to take this long for payment! Making Shark Tank look bad...

Very slow process

I mailed in a gift card to be sold on 12.5.15. They did not process my order until 1.7.16. I did not receive my check until 2.24.16. Almost 3 months to receive payment seems really excessive to me. I will not use this service again.
