Slow and unresponsive customer services
I purchased 8 gift cards for a well-known retail store chain in US and found 3 of them were not valid. I called the customer services, which by the way was only possible after numerous phone calls, several hours of waiting, and leaving voice mails. It is EXTREMELY difficult to talk to them when you have an issue. Anyway, they said I need to submit refund request form because it is out of 24 hour (!) refund period and therefore subject to manager's approval. I have submitted the form as instructed and yet I have NEVER been contacted by them yet for over 2 weeks. I am talking about over $600 worth of gift cards and they are very irresponsible in terms of resolving the issues that customer's are not responsible of. I am unhappy with them and will have my business with other gift card vendors, such as cardpool, raise, etc.

Discounts are reasonable but cards sell very quickly. No problems with cards although I spend them very quickly.

It appears THEY are selling both the physical card and the ecode and thus allowing two people to use the card at this time. I CONSIDER THIS FRAUD. Bought card that was used physically the day before by someone else.Then they try to hide behind the 24 hour card guarantee and make you jump through hoops to try to get a refund. they have turned from being an honest company and become a SCAMMER. BUYER BEWARE ESPECIALLY BUYING ELECTRONIC CARDS,

Too many emails; Lack of Advertised Cards

You advertise gift cards, when I look (usually intermediately), ther are NONE of the desire advertised cards available (i.e. Home Depot, Walmart, Marshals, Target), at almost there may be a few electronic only cards.
STOP advertising what you don't have a adequate stock of!

Taking Time Paying
GiftcardRescue.com recieved my gift cards 6-8 weeks ago. I provided all the verification documentation per their requests and was told payment was made A MONTH AGO.
Called and talked to Benjamin several times, and he indicated manual checks would be payments were to be reissued. Just got the email and it says about reissued payments and say they should be received within 3-5 business days. If not WAIT 45 DAYS and manual checks MAY will be issued.
GiftCardRescue.com takes forever to make payment and has subpar customer service. Recommend avoiding them at all costs.

Lack of Communication.
Gift card prices are good. For some reason they made my account ineligible for electronic cards. I just bought 2 cards and now they limited my account. No one ever explained what to do or why it happened.

Lack of Customer Service
I will never do business with giftcardresue.com again! I was unhappy with the result of my order and made three attempts to contact customer service by email. Although the company advertises that customer service reps will get back to you within one business day, nobody has gotten back to me on any of the three emails at all. I did not want the product but my credit card was charged. Therefore, I had no option but to set up a dispute with my credit card company and refuse to pay. Even after notifying GCR that I did this, they did not contact me.

Disappointing customer service
They have a policy to not allow electronic cards to be purchased for a month after buying a physical card. I did this and then they put a hold on my account and asked for verification again which I did and they do not follow through with fixing the problem and send a response that you have to follow a link and does not even respond to your concern.

My order shipped supposedly shipped on 2/12, and it is 2/22 and I still have not received it. Their price is good, but not if it takes forever to get it.

We sent you an empty gift card- want ur money back?- jump through these hoops
I got the gift card I ordered and went to the store to use it the same evening. The store told me that the card had no value and that the account was closed. I immediately notified GCR that the card came back with "account closed". GCR wanted me to return the card with a completed return form and they would get back to me.
Well, I have purchased gift cards before from another vendor that had "account closed" when I tried to use them. That vendor verified that the gift card was no good while I held on the phone and then immediately credited my Visa card--great customer service, right! But with GCR, everything was put on me. I was expected to jump through hoops then wait days or weeks to get my money back, when all they had to do was make a phone call. I simply notified my credit card company of the issue. In response, CGR suspended my account, which is a big laugh as I had already fired them. After about 3 weeks I am still waiting to clear up this matter. Most gift card resellers are great but not Gift Card Rescue.

Scammers - Avoid this Company
We sent several gift cards to GCR through certified mail. On 1/7/2016, we were supposed to receive a check for $197.63 from GCR. After numerous emails & phone calls to Benjamin at GCR, we have not received our check. We are continually asked to give our full address, which is useless. Today (2/20/16), we filed a complaint with the BBB. Next, we are going to our local media.
