According to our records, the email address entered at checkout was the recipient’s, and the e‑voucher was sent there on 03‑06‑2026 at 12:32 PM. To make sure you’re not left waiting any longer, I’ve resent the e‑voucher for order 30497080 to Nicola, and I’m also forwarding a copy directly to your own email address so you have it to hand as well.
It should land in both inboxes within a few minutes. If it doesn’t appear straightaway, please have a quick look in your spam, junk, or promotions folders, as sometimes email providers get a bit over‑protective and filter them out.
