We purchased a $300 personalised gift card five weeks ago and still no card. I have contacted the service re: getting a full refund, they responded to a couple of my emails saying it would be reviewed, but now they won't respond to any of my messages. Do not use this service if you want clear communication and to receive your gift card!

Terrible.
We purchased a $150 customised gift card (total cost $175.91 incl. shipping) 3 weeks' in advance of our friends' birthday. It didn't arrive in time and in fact it still hasn't arrived, so that's 23 days and counting.
We were told that they would not provide a refund and that a new card would need to be sent.
Doesn't negate the fact we had to go out and buy another gift at the last minute.
Last purchase we'll ever make from this company.
Update on 14th June 2025:
A replacement card arrived. It was not what was ordered. It is now 40 days since the date of order.
Jeezuz wept. I'm utterly exasperated with this company.

Purchased an eGift card yesterday, have received the tax invoice but still no gift card. Tried calling and got an automated message saying to email them. Did that, and still waiting on a reply. After reading these reviews, I feel I may have lost my money, and now have a MIL without a Mother's Day gift.

I purchased 2 gift cards for the grandchildren, they have forgotten their PINs, can't get a balance online without them. I have emailed twice for assistance and still no response. Will never buy these sort of gift cards again.
Please provide contact details that you will answer, not try to be helpful with supplying no details.

Ordered a physical gift card for my Mum for her birthday in Australia, as I now live in the UK, which did not arrive. I emailed the company who advised that it takes 10-14 business days for a physical gift card to be delivered from one side of Sydney to the other in a white envelope with no tracking, and they charged me $9.05 postage? I know Australia Post are bad, but it should not take 3 weeks to deliver. Now the 3 weeks has past, I have emailed them again.
I thought they were a reputable company, should have read the reviews first…

Don't waste a single penny on them. The voucher never works, never gets activated, and they will never refund your money. Customer service is completely useless. It's unbelievable that they are running a scam business without facing any repercussions.
The Card was inactive for 3 years!! I have tried multiple times to contact them and they assured that they are fixing the issue. In fact, they told me they will call me to resolve the issue and that has never happened. Could not activate the card for 3 years and now blatantly says the card has expired. What a joke!! They should be ashamed of themselves. Such scumbags!! the audacity to respond quickly when the review went bad - however, when email them they will completely ignore your concerns. Just after your money!! stay away from them. I have also told my colleagues and company admin not to give any gift cards from this online scammers!!

I got a card as gift from a friend. Now whenever I try to use, it rejects the transaction as reason "withdrawal of cash not supported". I wonder how to use this card to purchase what. Mailed the customer care several times.. no response. Absolutely avoid. Might be a money laundering fraud team sitting behind this shit.

on 2-Jan received automated mail that we have received your request and got a response today that "Although our cards can be used at most merchants that accept MasterCard, for online transactions each merchant has their own payment portal that processes the payments and we have found that some specific portals do not accept Prepaid card". Too much complicated. Did not have this kind of trouble with other gift cards in the market. still will avoid in future.

Only way to contact is by email and after numerous emails back and forth 12 days later finally got my money back after purchasing several cards that was deemed a possible fraudulent transaction
