I purchased custom gift cards for my adult children for Christmas recently. The photos on the cards look great and they were delivered in eight days by Australia post. I’m happy with my purchase and the service.

Bought a $950 visa gift card to use as…

Bought a $950 visa gift card to use as a disposable card and as soon as i irdered it says on hold, it cannot be paid for and i checked my bank account and the moeny was taken out. This is outrageous since its a big amount of money.

I ordered 17 $100 gift cards for an event and they have only sent me 13. When you try to call them an automated response tell you to send an email. When you do that, you don't get a response...

Disgusting customer service

I ordered 24 gift cards on the 30th of October and have not received them. I have emailed the company to find out where they are and no response. These are for our student awards, we’re a not for profit organisation and can’t afford to be losing money by rogue companies like this. Customer service is appalling

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT purchase from this store! This website is basically a scam. I purchased a card which was not received and have sent more than 5 emails requesting a response. They responsed once and said that the recipient domain was blocked. I asked for it to be resent to my own email and haven't heard form them since. This store is ripping people off who are trying to buy gift cards for friend and family and should be avoided!

The worst customer service

The worst customer service. Everything is email with one day or more to respond. I needed to get this money urgently to my family, had issues with the activation code not working. I have emailed every day for 8 days with little support and no escalation point. I need this resolved yesterday case # 0227881

No idea if my card will ever arrive, and no updates

I ordered a card for a team member going on maternity leave over 1.5 weeks ago, and she leaves tomorrow. I still have no idea if the card will arrive on time.

When you try to call, you're greeted with an automatic message telling you to email instead, but when you email, they don't even bother to reply. This company is an absolute joke—terrible customer service and unreliable delivery. Will not be using them again.

I would not risk printing any Gift…

I would not risk printing any Gift cards with your own design at this store. What you see in the template after uploading your image on their website and what appears in the final printed output are not the same.

I have had the upper part of a groom's head chopped off in one card (order placed on August 10) and the name of the bride truncated in another card (order placed on August 5). Both designs appeared fine when viewed on their website.

The store's response showed zero willingness to appreciate the issue, accept their responsibility, or provide a replacement.

Very poor company

Very poor company. Provided with no information regarding the ordered item, although they were very quick to charge me. Says express post but then told 10 days for delivery.
Was ordered 8 days ago as a birthday present which has passed and still no gift card. Avoid this company

Hopeless and unhelpful!

Will never use them again! They advertise that cards will be dispatched within 2-3 working days and couriers can take up to 5 days. As I work in Sydney, I expected delivery within 2 days. The cards arrived on Day 15! They were not here in time for the event and I have just had to spend and extra $140 on Express Post to the recipients plus all the extra time and effort! When I contacted them early on about the delays, they were very dismissive and unhelpful. No explanation or attempt to expedite the process. Should have just purchased them from the supermarket. Would have been cheaper and hassle-free! I might add that I made over 100 online purchases for this event, and these cards were the ONLY ones that did not turn up as advertised.

100% SCAM

These people are 100% SCAM. They take your money AND your credit card details and then cancel your order with no refund. Phone number on website is just pre recording with all options telling you to send an email.

In response:
You're "security check" excuse for cancelling my order is 100% false. All my details were entered correctly, from the same device I access and opened my bank account. The verification code sent to my phone was sent in coop with my bank and I received an email from my bank confirming the purchase.
I standby my review

And am still yet to receive my refund.

I used this app so i can get the price i won but you have to pay for the delivery. I paid for the delivery once and i said it didnt get through. Then u paid again. I was deducted two times and i didnt get any delivery at all! This is a scam guys, dont be fooled! This company has no place in this world! They are the a poison in this world!!!!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE - I wish I had read all these TERRIBLE reviews before I made a purchase!!! Would have saved me the hassle.
To not make this too long I attempted to buy a gift card this morning. Their system said the transaction can’t go through due to fraud. Me foolishly thought it must be a glitch as I knew there was nothing wrong with my card and used a different CC. Transaction was approved this time. BUT then they sent an email saying the 2nd transaction can’t go through as transaction can’t be “verified”!!!! I was upset enough at this alone as I had no gift for the person I was going to give it to that morning. I am NOT a fraudulent person and I take great care of my CC”s due to the climate we live in with actual fraud happening. As if this was not bad enough went I checked my accounts the transactions they said they could not process WERE now “pending” on both my cards.
It took over 5 hours and 3 emails to them (you can’t call-the contact no on their website is for show as when you call they have a pre- recorded voice mail to say emailing them) to have these transactions revoked on their end.
At no point did they offer an apology for my issue, the fact that I was accused of trying to use “fraudulent” CC’s and I had to be quite forthright in my emails. I will be lodging a formal complaint about my woeful experience. My experience shows they are missing leading when it comes to taking funds but not providing what you pay for. I could have waited the 2-3 days for my banks to release the funds but I WAS NOT TAKING the risk.
I DO NOT TRUST they would not take the funds from my account. It’s very dodgy. Please be very careful if you choose to use this service. My experience shows they are not to be trusted.
Good luck if you do have a transaction that does go through you may or may not have the funds transferee on to the purchased gift card according to other reviews here and on other review website. I wanted to post this warning of FB but they have reviews on this forum not available. I wonder why?

Do not bother... save yourself the hassle

Do not bother buying giftcards from this company. I usually purchase these giftcards for employees and many have complained about how difficult they are to activate online. The website you use to log into your account is very glitchy, continually logging you out making it impossible to activate your card or see your card details. The customer service team are beyond incompetent and do not respond for days/ weeks and do not resolve your issues for months. You're better off buying a physical giftcard or seeking out an alternative option. Save yourself the hassle.

Do not use this company

I purchased a gift card for my friend. He received the card in the mail but was unable to activate it. He was unable to speak to anyone for assistance but wrote to the email address advised for card activations in the recorded message on 27/2/24 and to date has not received a reply.
I have also followed up multiple times and received no reply other than giving me the following reference number on 27/2/24 with a promise of a response within 2 days:
CAS-1224803-V1H1C8 CRM:0470030
It is now 6 March 2024 and I have no communications at all from anyone confirming they are even seeking to resolve the problem.
So far the company has taken $380 and offered absolutely no contact or assistance to resolve the issue. I would not use this company.
