Bought a digital card for my mum. Digital card arrived via email and mum activated card per instructions. She has tried to use the card multiple times to purchase items online at various Australian online shops but the card constantly gets rejected. Been emailing “support” for days and days on end with no useful response or simply no response at all. 1300 number never gets answered. Feels very much like this company has taken my money with no intention of giving us a working Mastercard in return. What a complete disappointment when the card was intended as a gift. Do not give this company your money. I’m now going to make a complaint to Consumer Affairs.

After I wasted my money on the card and none of my purchases working, they finally responded back to my support emails. They said the card doesn't work for deposits, US or UK websites, subscriptions, external payment processors, or basically anything. They specified none of this info until after contacting them at least 20 times. Such a scam lmfao.

I can’t add another Australian address. The website keeps asking for a USA state. It accepts the rest of the Australian address but errors out because I don’t enter a USA state but I need to be able to enter NSW but there are only USA states in the drop down box. I’m wondering if it’s because my billing address is USA?

Not a great first experience when I purchased the e-card at just before 10am and the recipient still has not received it. Would expect that if you are able to take the payment instantly for the card, which you have, then the distribution of a viable e-card would be instant too. Disappointing as this was sent to make an unhappy customer happy and now all we have done is further frustrate her.
