I recently purchased a framed dog print and I’m really impressed with the overall quality. The design is simple but striking, and it looks even better in person than it did online. The print itself is crisp, and the frame feels sturdy and well-made.
Delivery was quick and everything arrived well-packaged, so there was no damage at all. It’s a perfect addition to my space and would make a great gift for any dog lover.
Really happy with my purchase and would definitely order again.

Disappointing Service
I ordered a cot cushion & Cover in Linen from Gifted Turtles with the newborn baby’s name at the top and the Date of Birth at the bottom (underneath the Balloon). The cushion, lovely as it looks, came with no Date of Birth. Basically, AN INCOMPLETE ORDER. I wrote to the seller and, whilst on another occasion, a response came within 12 hours, they have totally ignored my emails. Such a disappointing service.

Definitely a 5 star company. I ordered a picture for my granddaughters birthday. The ordering process was easy, the price was amazing for the quality of the picture and the delivery was quick. Will certainly be re-visiting the site for gifts in the future.

We offer a number of colour options for our coffee mugs, and you had selected the white option from the drop down menu, so this is what would have been sent. We can of course offer a full refund on return as the item is not personalised.
With regards to the gift box, we don't currently offer this option, but we are hoping to look into this in the coming months.
As always, when problems do occur, we do ask that we are given the opportunity to help resolve them for you. We pride ourselves on our customer service and will always do everything in our power to rectify any issues.
