Thanks for your review Caroline, sorry this didn't arrive in time. Unfortunately we don't always know in good time about delivery issues as the couriers will promise us they will deliver on a specific day and then when they don't, we don't find out until the next day. It is hard having to rely on couriers but thankfully they get it right most of the time.
Amazing service
I was after one specific item from a gift box I received, they made it easy to get and shipped within 4 days. 10/10 will recommend to anyone who needs this type of gift service.
Also the muslins from my gift box were THE BEST. Still using them. Best ones I got. And my son loves his Henry rabbit.
Edit: **Recieved** in 4 days and that included a weekend, shipped within minutes if ordering I'm sure.

Hi Eli, we received your order on the 9th of December and you requested same day delivery to Wellington. As per our website all north island non-rural deliveries happen overnight on week days. Unfortunately there was a delay in Wellington at the time with Christmas freight well underway and this arrived three days late. Please order in advance in future, especially if ordering in the peak season in December. Thanks.

Hi Kylie, sorry you had a bad experience with the couriers. It is very frustrating and upsetting when they don't get it right for us as we rely heavily on them as a small business. Thankfully these issues are few and far between but again we apologise this affected your shopping experience.
Gift to my Parents
My Parents loved their gift basket, and the whole process went smoothly on my end.
I was a little confused by the courier's notes regarding the delivery, but GiftLoft was very responsive to query, and the confusion solved itself anyway.
