I originally gave them a 1 star as the gift had not been received, however it was at the time of cyclone Gabrielle and it did turn up. Irt was just unfortunate timing when I ordered it. They have a wonderful choice of gifts which made it easy for me to find something. Thanks guys

AMAZING Service!!! Arranged a gift hamper for a friend in Mangawhai via email/website from Melbourne Australia. Karina was beyond helpful and happily returned my emails promptly even after hours. She suggested some gift items and she delivered a superb gift hamper at the time I had requested. Thanks a million Karina/Giftloft, the gift was a lovely & much appreciated surprise.

I found just what I was looking for at Giftloft. Also they were very helpful as I had put the wrong house number on the address! They assured me they would rectify my error before delivery.

Ordering online was easy and quick to do. The only suggestion I would make, for future reference, is to give an estimated time or time range for delivery. My order was to go to Invercargill and I was informed that usually takes 2 business days from the date of dispatch (Wed 1 Feb) to reach Southland. It actually took a little longer than that and I started to worry the delivery wouldn't arrive by Monday 6 Feb at the latest. Yesterday, Tuesday 7 Feb, my recipient sent me a big thank you. She was very impressed with her gift and happy I had alerted her, yesterday, to keep an eye out for a parcel. It all worked out well!

Good website although complicated with payment as the delivery address and billing address in different countries. I had to do it several times before I got through. Speedy response and delivery

Gifts looked great, and the store has a great range to suits a wide range of ages, occasions and needs.
Was rather disappointed that I could not enter a separate message for each hamper that was going to the same address. Would be good to have a separate message box for each hamper if multiple hampers were ordered to one address.
