What a terrible company
What a terrible company, I ordered a gift for my son paid for postage they told me ,it said 7_14 day delivery and on day 14 they send email saying I need to pay another additional $24 American dollars, that's about $40 Au I had already paid over $50 postage , they have now cancelled my order im now weighting refund, and my son has no birthday gift disgusting way to run a business

Just hoped faster service and fancy packaging
First all they received my order on Friday but did not dispatch it until Tuesday and the person did not receive it until Wednesday. They should not mention same day delivery if it takes them 4 days. Secondly I hoped they packaged it fancy way because it looked like 6 items in a basket, basket looked very empty the way it was packaged. Was very disappointed but I hope the taste was good. I am giving them benefit of the doubt since I know NZ been having lots of rain - weather wise, not sure.

Thanks Latika. As per my email to you we do not advertise same day delivery. It is same day dispatch if we receive your order by 2pm Mon-Thurs and 11am on Fridays. We received your order on Saturday and dispatched it as early as possible which was Monday and it was delivered on Tuesday the 7th. Possibly the recipient didn't find it outside their door until Wednesday. The product in the basket was exactly as per the online image.
