Great gift options and awesome customer service.
I choose a baby present that was for a little boy, but I had chosen a girl option by mistake. A lovely lady rang me to ask if I wanted to swap it over. I was really pleased she had noticed.

Gift was for my mother in laws…
Gift was for my mother in laws birthday, requested delivery on the 15th, and was delivered on the 12th. Disappointing! Don't ask for a delivery date if you are going to ignore it please. As far as I know, she hasn't opened the gift yet. I'm sure it will be well received.

Hi Kim, thank you for taking the time to write a review. Unfortunately the couriers are very unpredictable currently and we'd much rather birthday gifts arrived early than late. Monday and Friday delivery days are hardest to guarantee, we certainly don't ignore customer requests. The reason your mother in law hasn't opened it will be because we stick a sticker over the tape saying 'Please don't open until (requested date)'. The recipient can't tell from the outside of the box, what it is or who it is from. I'm sure she will be happy with the gift inside.
