It was easy to review registry, make selection and pay amount.

I have to tell you, I was not sure what to expect, this was my first time using Giftly. The fees were a bit of a hesitation for me; however, the reception from our team to be able to use the funds as they wish was so well received, I think this is an amazing way to go. The ability to send an actual greeting card with a message longer than 100 characters is meaningful. The fact the recipient can just add the funds (EASILY) to a bank account is the best. User experience was simple, delivery was fast and the reception was off the charts good. If I can find one thing to be picky, for assistants who do this on behalf of a leader, it would be great to understand how to get the thank you emails to go directly to the leader and not the purchaser. Thank you for a great experience.

The gift card presentation to individual was lovely and the notification that it was delivered...and then opened/ seen by individual well done and appreciated.

you cancelled my order, but it was a completely legit order. had to use venmo instead.

Easy to purchase, customize, and print at home!

I input the incorrect phone number for a text version of your gift certificate, so Giftly got back to me and I sent it as an email. I was sending a gift certificate through another company at the same time, and that company did not notify me that the certificate could not be received by the phone number I gave, so it took a week for me to figure it out and send the item correctly. I appreciate whatever resources you use to make sure phone numbers are valid.

I didn’t need the card because it was a mom’s day for my daughter. My original date was may 10 but she got it the day I processed it. Should be able to navigate back to check date

We had trouble getting the card delivered and it took multiple days for the customer service to respond. Will never use your service again.

I can understand $1 for an accompaning card, but a $5 charge to send a digital card!

I liked the idea behind Giftly because it allows you to suggest a place for someone to use their gift card, which makes it feel more personal than a generic gift card. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing and misleading.

I purchased a gift card intended for a casino, only to find out afterward that the casino does not actually accept these types of gift cards in most areas of the business. I was told one could only purchase a gift card through their box office [in-person], which makes the gift far less useful than expected.

The way the service is presented makes it seem like the establishment directly accepts the card, when in reality that is not always the case. That feels very deceiving, especially when you're purchasing a gift for someone else and expect it to work as advertised. I wish there had been much clearer communication upfront about the limitations and where the card could actually be used.

My experience with Gifty is always great! Sending gift cards is fast and easy.
