Due to unforseen problems? I needed a refund. They were honest and completely helpful. I received my refund plus a discount offer on my next purchase. Great company to work with.

The item I received was definitely not what was shown. I’ve been working several weeks with customer service rep Heidi trying to get this resolved. Shes has been extremely helpful with many details of the return /refund.

Jamie was my main point of contact and keptebswst of where my delivery was as in the supply chain process. She also explained the craftsman shop that vent into the production of the item that I ordered. Lastly I think that her involvement made sure that I got my item in time for my friends birthday 🎁 ft.

I ordered something for xmas on the 1st of the month and I am trying to track the order, there is no way to do so. i also copied their help website which is help atgiftsur and there is no where to send an mail. I just want to find out if this is going to get here before Christmas

I placed an order for a set of glasses on their website. Took a month for the item to arrive. What I received was a childlike version of what was pictured I have requested a refund but have not heard back from the company

These advent calendars are a complete joke…I purchased three of the them and so far, each one has empty compartments. Today is Day 6 and one calendar hasn’t had a single ornament in the compartments. Additionally, they are incredibly small and have incorrect replications of logos for the various universities represented. The only good thing is the recipients send me a video each day of them, opening their advent calendar, and we all laugh at the absurdity of the empty compartments and incorrect logos , mascots and icons.

I ordered several items and received 2 completely wrong items. After contacting customer service, it was indicated that items I originally ordered were unavailable. I was given a refund for those items and I was also given a discount offer for future orders. I was not required to ship the incorrect items back.

I ordered an ornament for Christmas in October, and received NOTHING!!!!! My account with giftsur.com says paid and shipped. Do NOT order from this place.

Charlotte was very efficient on checking and following up on the items I ordered. The first order was lost in shipping. She then notified me by email that she had ordered a replacement and that it was already shipped. Yes it did take several weeks to receive it but her service and support was excellent. Thank You Charlotte for hard work and efficiency.

Charlotte was wonderful in trying to resolve my mixed up order. I was sent the wrong items - I ordered 12 items only 5 were correct. The picture showed. Three d figures and when they came they were flat pieces of plastic - all this wasn’t her fault but she tried her best to help me resolve the order. Charlotte was great - thank you

I contacted customer service about canceling my order. I received a quick response. Jamie and Charlotte were very nice and helpful.

I had an issue where the wrong item was sent and the customer service team took care of it. I received the correct item in a timely fashion.

I can’t believe I didn’t look into this company before I ordered from a link off IG! I know better… I really do!
That said…. Giftsur.com is a total scam! On the website, they show a physical address in Laverne California….. doesn’t exist! It’s a typical Chinese scam factory.
I ordered a buy 3 Oregon Ducks coins get the 4th for free. Took a bit over a month to make it to my house. Came from Korea via China. Only got 3 coins and not the 4th. Of the three I got, two were damaged so badly that they are trash…. So…. I only have 1. All contact with the “customer support” was no response. Even PayPal refused to help as it wasn’t a protected purchase due to scammy behavior.
It was a tough lesson to learn…. But please believe the bad reviews!

My praise goes to Charlotte for helping me. I ordered these glasses in October for a birthday gift in November. When they didn't arrive in a timely fashion, and then they were out of stock, Charlotte put them on the fast track once they were available again.

They were patient and communicates with me about by order for about a month. Unfortunately they were not able.to full my order but gave me a full refund. They were polite and friendly. I appreciated how they dealt with the situation.
