Very responsive

Due to circumstances that were unavoidable, my order had to be cancelled and the team worked with me on the refund of my payment. It is in the early stages but they have been in communication with me.

The customer service person, Heidi, really cared about getting the product delivered to me. The first attempt to deliver the product, the mail service lost it. So Heidi sent it a 2nd time, and I got the package.

They were helpful and courteous in all areas of business. I highly recommend them.

Jamie went above and beyond in satisfying my complaints….my order was slightly defective but still usable..after numerous corespondents we came to an agreeable conclusion… it’s nice to know that the customer service team was able to help us.

Cancelled my order shortly after purchasing. They ignored the cancellation and shipped it anyway. Refused to allow me to return the items and my credit card company denied the dispute due to proof of shipment. DON’T BUY!

I ordered two different advent calendars. I received one, but got something different for the second one. I reached out and received great customer service. I received a choice of options, including a replacement order at no charge. I placed my order for a replacement calendar and it arrived perfectly on time. I really appreciate the friendly, prompt and helpful customer service.

Although the product was sold out my experience was fantastic as the service rep went out of there way to support me.
