GigaComm is a game changer

NBN service was slow and too variable at peak times. The GigaComm service has been a complete game changer since the start. Speeds are highly consistent and at least 10x what we previously experienced. The installation and customer service journey has been terrific.

Best network

This network is the fastest at the moment in the market. Highly recommended. It definitely worth the money you spend. And the technician is really helpful.

Good Speeds and Good Tech Support

When I first heard of GigaComm and their speeds - I was skeptical but thought it could be 5G mmwave however was surprised when they connected it to the existing phone line. This was exactly what NBN should have delivered in the first place.

I have been with them for about 8 months now using the 1000 Mbps plan and its been a good experience. Their Tech support is equally good and they are quick to resolve any issues.

Look forward to a continuing sustained performance from the GigaComm Team.

Value for Money ISP at Committed Performance surpassing NBN

GigaComm is the 3rd ISP (the previous ISPs were based on NBN & UltraFast ADSL) in the past 12 months after moved in an apartment (23 levels building with FTTB) at Sydney Northshore. I was sceptical to try GigaComm mmW based on my experience from the two previous ISPs. However, I was so frustrated on previous ISPs jeopardising my business online meetings with unsteady data flow and irregular cut-offs during my online business meetings without any advance notice.
I registered my interest at GigaComm website on Saturday, they called me back on the following Monday and advised connection to be available within two weeks. I was lucky that the connection was actually made on the 8th day as the mmW antenna had already been installed at the building roof for earlier customers beforehand.
My plan is 100MB Dn/ 50Mb Up where speed tests in the past few weeks were higher than 100MB Dn at 4ms ping (even though going thru' a VPN) and at about 50~49MB Up during tests at day and evenings, and no cut off was noticed yet. Based on the performance so far, GigaComm is a fantastic ISP over mmW technology and value for money w/ courtesy customer service including advance notice on planned shutdown maintenance scheduled after mid-night. I look forward to seeing a sustainable service performance by GigaComm in long term.

Super fast

Super fast, reliable and great service

Living in an apartment in Pyrmont and had been using a FTTB service for years - whilst that was reliable it could never provide the speeds that an FTTP service could. And super fast broadband is out of reach. When I was notified of a new service becoming available in our building that offered a broad choice of plans up to 1000/100, I have to say I was sceptical on the promise. Having now been using for over 4 months now, I can certainly attest that the service has lived up to the promise - and latency is consistently between 2ms and 3ms. I went for the 1000/100 service as I wanted to see what it was like to have 1gb service and thought I can always dial it back. It delivers what it says. Have to say I have become addicted to the speed and it has been a godsend in lockdown with 2 people working and home schooling. It's what the NBN should always have been before it was kneecapped. I asked lots of questions as I just couldn't understand how they could promise the speeds and reliability. Each building is part of a web of sites using mmWave with transmission on the roof of the building with centrally located infrastructure in the building core that then runs through the building core with limited distance in cable runs to enable the speed and is patched to existing cabling into the apartment. This is unlike FTTB which has to travel a large distance on old style copper. This is the nearest thing to FTTP and very glad we have innovative new players that are doing what the NBN just cannot deliver.

Could not be happier. Whilst nothing to do with the technology, I also have to say their people are great to deal with and provide an exceptional customer experience as well.
