I recently got the gigil luxe changing bagpack and its been amazing, it got alot of space and different sections for holding baby items, just bought it again to gift someone and so pleased.
The service has been exceptionally amazing, the team at gigil have been so helpful, efficient. Will definitely be purchasing again as a gift. Thank you for the prompt replies and service provided

Gigil bags are of amazing quality! The perfect nappy bag with top notch leather and inner pockets and design are so beautiful. My zipper malfunctioned and Gigil were so amazing after sending them photos they sent a new bag out straight away. So happy with their service.

I love the design on the bag. It looks nice, fits everything I need in. However, I ordered in July and immediately the insulated lining in the internal pockets was unstitched. Then by September the strap had broke. Customer service was excellent and they sent me a new bag, straight away, however again, all the lining inside the bag has come unstitched from the bag itself on the second bag too, which I have had just over a month. It’s very annoying.

Amazing product. Vegan leather so soft. Aesthetically looks fab. Lots of features including changing mat, insulated bottle pockets, key chain, pram hooks and a lot more!

The bag I brought lasted a few weeks of part time use before the lining came away from the zip at the top of the bag. Customer service stated this is general wear and tear so very disappointed in the quality and durability of the bag. The layout, space and look we’re good before this happened.

We bought a brown bag to use for my sons nappies, bottles etc when we go out. The handle snapped after just a few weeks. Because the straps were still ok we didn’t bother to send it back

Fantastic bag fits so much and really great quality, my only complaint would be if ordering from Ireland you are charged stamp duty, I had reached out to ask if this would happen before ordering and never got a response.

Finding the right pram bag is often difficult. I found Gigil and I was sold. I wanted something both myself and my fiancé could use, that was spacious and value for money. I got all of those with my backpack. It’s casual, good quality and very spacious. I love the added changing mat. I feel like they’ve thought of everything. I was also able to find 20% off code which made it even better. It was delivered quickly too.

Only down side for me was the dust bag. Very thin which is fine but it wasn’t big enough to get the bag back in. If it was slightly larger so I could keep it nice, it would of arrived perfectly.

Great product - lots of compliments, fast and efficient delivery. Well communicated. Would recommend
