VIP rewards aren't huge but they exist. I reached bronze tier after playing for a month and got a small bonus. The points accumulate slowly unless you bet large amounts regularly. The system is transparent at least, so you know what to expect.

It feels like a waste of time considering I'm not even close to completing the bonus requirements. The terms of the bonus weren't clear from the start. I guess I should have paid more attention to the fine print, but it still seems unfair. I deposited $50 for the bonus, and after playing for what felt like hours, I still have about 50x the wagering requirements left.

I signed up for this bonus but when I went to claim it, the terms had changed. The wagering became higher and the max cashout was lower. No one informed me of this change and support told me that the terms change regularly without notice.

I had a slot machine freeze when I triggered a bonus round. The screen completely stopped responding. I refreshed the page, and the bonus disappeared. Support told me there was nothing they could do. I lost what could have been a decent win.

I signed up and was assigned CAD instead of USD. There’s no setting in account preferences to change it and support said I have to close my account and do it all again. Now all my deposits have conversion fees and I'm losing money on all my transactions. Should be an easy fix but they just won’t do it.

I made a deposit during a promotion saying there would be a 100 percent match bonus, but that bonus never showed up. Support said that I didn’t opt in for the bonus, but there was no opt in button anywhere. There was no way for me to get that bonus credited manually, so I just lost out.

I asked for a cashout on the 12th and it still says pending. Support says it has been escalated, but that does nothing. I just want my $340 back. This is so much slower than what you guys say on your site.

I recently came and ordered two lattes and a flat white. The service and execution was brilliant- with very tasty coffee! Will definitely return.

On Sunday I took friends to the GiFi’s Organic shop/cafe for breakfast. This turned out to be a real mistake. We ordered 4 coffees and eggs on sour dough toast. It sounded delicious. The coffee order was: 1 black americano, 1 flat white, 1 latte and 1 almond latte. They all came separately with a 3/4 minute wait between them all! Over 10 minutes for 4 coffees! Apart from the almond milk coffee all the rest were luke warm and exactly the same - lattes. No black americano or flat white.
Each of the breakfasts came out separately with a 5 minute gap between each! Yes, over 20 minutes from the first plate with 2 fried eggs - to the last eggs with smashed avacado! The eggs were all overdone, served with sour dough bread barely toasted at all. All of this served without a smile from the waitress! Poor quality service. Appalling quality of food. Not even a smile! Stay away!!!

Lovely company with personal service.
Delivery on time and Easter egg well packed.
This was a gift for Easter so I won't know how tasty it is till Easter Sunday!

The vegetables was very nice, I wish I can knew what was inside the box .
There is not delivery slot unfortunately.
But I will try GIGI again.

We tried a number of veg boxes throughout lockdown but Gigi’s Wonky Veg box is far superior than any other and great value! It’s improving each week too it seems and we are now totally hooked! Keep it up!

Love the veggies box, a good variety of choices every week, really fresh.
