Last April, I ordered a ticket through the Gigsberg portal, I paid 150 EUR. I received my ticket 1 week before the November concert, which cost half as much compared to what I paid. I paid for a premium seat, and I received a second-class ticket. From April to November, we regularly wrote to Gigsberg customer service that I didn't have a ticket, that I hadn't received my ticket, but they told me to wait. When I received my ticket, I complained because I had been badly cheated, but they just spread their arms wide, saying that it was on the website, that the ticket could be below or above the face value. In better places, this is regulated, that the resold ticket can be 10% or 15% more expensive. I contacted the Consumer Protection Authority for Foreign Companies, but since the company is Swiss, not EU, they have no influence. We filed a complaint with the Swiss Consumer Protection Authority, but we did not receive a response. So I just want people to be very careful when shopping on the Gigsberg platform!

Initially I was a sceptic as this was the first time I had used Gigsberg, but I am no longer so. I was kept up to date with the progress of fulfilling my purchase, which was reassuring. The transfer was easy. 3 teenage girls were very happy with their experience at the concert. Thank you. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Gigsberg again.

Tickets arrived with no issue. I deleted the sellers Ticketmaster email by mistake but I contacted Gigsberg and they were back in touch promptly to help. They even followed up the next day with a phone call to make sure I had received my tickets.

Very disappointed. My daughter never received the transfer email with Gracie Abrams ticket despite Gigsberg telling me she had accepted and sending a piece of a screenshot which was not plausible. Do you think she was lying 🤔. I think your seller was. The seller is obviously a scammer as no email or transfer came through. Back and forth chatting on WhatsApp they didn't offer any alternative and unfortunately had to collect my disappointed daughter from the 3 arena this evening. Avoid 👎

Even though I had to wait for my tickets to arrive until the week before the concert, they made sure I received them and contacted me a couple of times to check whether or not I could access the tickets. Everything worked perfectly and I had an amazing time.

Yesterday I went to the Ateez concert in Belgium. And it was amazing. I had never been to a concert of this scale before, so I didn’t know where to get tickets. I came across Gigsberg by chance, and at first I doubted whether it was worth buying a ticket there when I read that it was a resale site. However, I still decided to take a chance and I didn’t regret it for a moment! When I ordered a ticket and was told that the tickets might not arrive until the day of the concert, I was very nervous, because for this concert I had to travel from Ireland to Belgium, and the journey is not that short. When I wrote to the support about my concerns, they answered me very quickly and politely. In the end, I received the ticket right on the day of purchase! Then, I asked some questions that interested me, to which the support also answered me very quickly and clearly. Closer to the concert, some of my friends got me a little worked up with their fears that I had gotten involved with scammers, and I myself had read a lot about how people who buy resellers end up with nothing. The day before the concert, I wrote to support again to ask about some of the things that were bothering me. They literally had to listen to my hysteria, and I wrote at night. And even then they answered me and calmly explained everything. In the end, the tickets worked out great, no one fooled me and I got the most unforgettable impressions in my life! What I want to say about the negative reviews that are coming in. In general, I believe that even those people who fell for scammers, buying through Gigsberg, should not blame the site itself, since they are only intermediaries and in fact all the blame lies with unscrupulous distributors who are trying to profit. However, if you are confused by something about your ticket or something else, you can always contact support, explain the situation, clarify the details and they will help you.
