Even the heavyweight T's shrink 2 sizes

Every Gildan heavyweight or Ultra T-shirt I have ever bought has shrunk 1-2 sizes after washing. They are TERRIBLE quality. Even their "heavyweight" T-shirt is super thin fabric that seems to be permanently wrinkled and is so thin you can see your hand through it. The Ultra is supposed to be even heavier, but it is also terrible. It shrinks even smaller than the heavyweight. I'm just done with Gildan. Never again.

The absolute best customer service

The absolute best customer service. I live in rural NSW and from ordering to delivery is usually only a couple of days. Love the shirts I've ordered and pricing is the best. Highly recommend to anyone and is my go to shop.

Placed an order with MSNBC

Placed an order with MSNBC

2 Morning Joe Sweatshirts in XXL.

What I’m trying to get my head around is the fact that I placed an order with a company in the US, paid in USD & paid for international shipping. My order came to almost $200 AUD!

Goods came from Gildan Brands here in Australia.

Kmart & Target have better quality

Love this t-shirt

I bought a 100% cotton long sleeved t-shirt. Pure cotton long sleeves are hard to come by in Australia if you want to spend under $100 and avoid a logo that markets the product for them.
The t-shirt is a great cut, bold white and thick cotton (marketed as 'American' cotton which I have experience of) and at a great price.
The only reason this wasn't given 5 stars was because of the overwhelming chemical manufacturing smells that required washing and airing twice to get the smell out.
It was worth it, I love my t-shirt and am now ordering a third.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered concert shirts through eBay and the printing on all 3 is awful. One has the same design on both sides. How stupid is that? The other is extremely blurry and you can’t make out what it says and the other one is ok but has lines through the main picture from the printing never going to buy from this company again.

I ordered a Gildan T shirt and it was…

I ordered a Gildan T shirt and it was genuinely one of the most uncomfortable things I've ever put on my body. Paper thin fabric, yet somehow hard, scratchy, itchy and uncomfortable - just... why would they make a shirt like that? Lucky the supplier refunded me.

It was like I'd accidentally ordered from their auto-flagellation t-shirt range.

I've never felt inspired to review a t-shirt before but... ugh. It really was just that bad. I even checked reddit first to make sure I wasn't going insane - looks like a bunch of people are saying the same thing.

Terrible Product + Customer Experience

So firstly they didn't pack my order right and I received an "alstyle" t-shirt instead of one of the american apparel t-shirts I ordered. Firstly, the quality of all the t-shirts I received was absolutely terrible production has definitely dropped in quality. Thirdly, it's been two weeks and I still haven't heard back from customer service! I just want my money back I've been let down at ever juncture and will not be shopping with them again.

Horrific customer service

Horrific customer service. I have been dealing with this issue for almost 6 months. In February, I contacted them due to defective merchandise. After four months of back-and-forth emails, in my attempt to have them honour their guarantee, this was finally offered in April, per this email from customer service.
“ We apologize for the inconvenience. We are committed to providing the same iconic GOLDTOE® product with the same quality and same ethical practices we are known for. We are willing to offer you a one time replacement for your purchased product.”
Since then, there was no product replacement or further correspondence. Again, I contacted them. I was advised that they cannot replace the item, but with a receipt they will refund me. How many people keep all of their receipts for six months? How many people keep receipts, after they have been advised that the matter was resolved?

Horrible customer service!!!!

I have been trying to contact this company for over a month. Was given two different emails from two representatives. Still no answer. I have now been on hold for over an hour. Ordered 36 hooded sweatshirts. All the pockets were damaged. They were ripped or ripped themselves within days or one wash. This customer service is horrible. They have not responded to dozens of emails sent. I am currently on hold at 1 hour 15 minutes! I am a small business owner who makes shirts for my company and family and friends. I give these out as Xmas presents. This has been costly and embarrassing!! I have used this company for over ten years. Never Never again!

Gildan Sweatshirts are not a Heavy Blend

Gildan Sweatshirts called and sold as "Heavy Blend"are anything but. Nicely made but boy o boy, really thin and light weight. Too light for a sweatshirt. Crew necks run large and 1/4 shirts are well sized. I gave a 2 star rating because the "Heavy Blend" is misleading.

Excellent! I received my delivery in 2 days! So fast

Quality is very good especially lightweight series. The tri blend is a bit thin but it's good for the gym :)
