Do not quite understand on the advertising one could choose what type of razor you require. But, on selecting your choice there was a pop up notice informing there was an error.
On selecting the most expensive item then the rebate was accepted, this is not correct, a notice should be displayed informing buyers that this rebate is only valid for the most expensive product.

I'm really confused about the…
I'm really confused about the complexity of your different blades. All those namings like fusion, proshield, proshield power, proshield chill, proglide, etc. found in various combinations on your homepage too. For me it's not consumer friendly. And for me it is not understandable why a blade proglide is more expensive as a proshield even your description say indirectly the proglide is the better blade with more options.

Test action is nice, but I remind better ones
Language switched to English even if ordered in German. Earlier there were better promotions used, e.g. send for free...
I don't use the newest products to "test" them because the old ones are satisfying. So I pay now and hope your doing a good job so I can switch from old to new.
Would be nice to get the money back if the abo runs X months....

Fast shipping, great product!
The product was shipped very quickly and I got it within 2 days of ordering. Everything went smoothly. I would have given 5 stars but the problem was that I wanted an invoice which was not included in the package nor sent online by email, I had to request an invoice which I got by email in 3 working days.

Your website keeps cancelling my orders and deleting my account without any justification - Worst customer experience ever
Edit: after reading so many reviews about fraudulent bank debits despite a proper cancellation of the subscription, I am actually quite happy that my orders were rejected !!!
The Gillette products are great but the customer experience (website + customer service) seems to be poor. A shame for a big name like Gillette
