I could have kept my car though until the part was available so feel I was given a courtesy car costing insurance company unnecessary money

GIllibrands dealt with my car following an accident. They picked and dropped the car off. It took a while to get the parts but they kept me informed throughout the process. Excellent service!

Repaired my car after a non fault crash, kept me up to date with weekly updates and were super helpful with any enquiries I had. Repairs to a very high standard my car looks like new! Would definitely recommend and would use them again should I need to. Completely professional service.

My car had to go in for major body repair. Very prompt and friendly service. All aspects explained to me, received a courtesy car and again all controls were explained to me before leaving the vicinity. I was given an expected date when my car would be ready. Fantastic service car was ready 4 days earlier. My car looked like new and beautifully clean.
Once again everybody very friendly and efficient. Would recommend them to anybody.

After having someone scrape the side of my car my insurance company arranged for my car to be repaired by Gillibrand. The service has been first class with regular updates and a quick turn around time, collecting and dropping off my car at home at a time that was convenient to me. The car looks brand new! Although it took some weeks for the parts I needed for my car Ariane Hargreaves (Administration/Accounts Assistant) was extremely friendly and professional in dealing with my frustrations. She was always polite positive and understanding. A big thumbs up as she clearly enjoyed her work.

All the staff at Gillibrand were extremely helpful from my first phone call to picking up my car! I was kept informed the whole time and my vehicle was ready earlier than expected, as well as being washed and cleaned!

No one likes to be caught up having an accident. I was and dealt with FIXAUTO in Blackburn. From the reception staff to the loss accessors you couldn’t ask for any more. The staff are polite, helpful and go beyond what they need to do to help at a difficult time. Everyone was so helpful and really listened when I had trouble with my insurance company.
