Excellent service yet again from Stuart Edgar he is so friendly and professional a credit to your business.

Enjoyed shopping in Perth. Staff helpful and friendly. Delivery of goods done with care (even though it was heavy rain.) Will shop in Perth again as I enjoyed sitting in the Cafe as well.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Salesman was very helpful and delivery came a whole month early. Delighted with the sofas and the delivery men were very helpful.

We were most impressed and reassured by the service we received from Bobi in the Inverness branch. It was clear from the start that she was interested in what we needed and not just to make a sale and move on. She listened to our needs/concerns and helped us through the decision making process. All our questions were answered very honestly and we felt that we could trust her - that’s very important to us. The buying process itself was very easy to complete and the follow up service has been excellent. I cannot recommend Bobi, and Gillies, highly enough - and I am very difficult to please!!!

Side tables are lovely. Delivery chaps were pleasant and efficient. Only one small complaint, Gillies only tried to contact us once that tables were in warehouse, leaving a message we missed, so it was some weeks after we contacted Gillies to find out tables were ready for delivery!

Arrived on time, polite staff who explained all necessary work to be undertaken, got on with the work effectively and efficiently. Tidied up everything. Extremely happy with the service.

It was excellent from start to finish. The order was placed and the suite was delivered ahead of the expected date. The delivery was well arranged and I was kept informed at each step. The delivery guys were very good too.

Fitters arrived exactly when they said the would and did a good job of moving furniture and fitting the carpet

We purchased our sofa from Gillies in Perth. The quality of the sofa is excellent and we are very pleased with our purchase. The whole experience starting with Billy, our sales advisor who was very helpful and professional guiding us through, what can sometimes be a daunting journey when purchasing a new piece of furniture! The Gillies store in Aberdeen is a wonderful layed out store featuring lots of excellent and different types of house furniture, I can truly say it was a pleasure dealing with Robert Turner and indeed all the staff members we had contact with! Our furniture arrived quicker that expected and was delivered on a date of my choosing by 2 very pleasant chaps!
All together a very successful time using Gillies Aberdeen and would highly recommend them.

We dealt with Stuart Edgar for our recent purchase of Venjakob Bar Stools. Stuart had in-depth product knowledge and was able to compare pros and cons against other Bar Stools. Stuart accommodated us using the colour swatches at home which allowed us to make our decision. Overall a great experience at Gillies.

The delivery guys were great however the wait time for sofas which are marketed as available from stock was very long(4 months) with no regular updates from yourselves. Very happy with our sofas in any case
