Do not order from this company.

I paid $579.80 for a surfboard and never received anything. No shipping confirmation, no tracking, and no response to multiple follow-ups.

This appears to be a scam or, at minimum, a completely unreliable business.

Got the mini hoop for my office door. Installation took a couple of minutes, everything needed was in the box. The net feels durable, and the backboard has a clean finish. After a week of use, it still hangs firm, though the screws could be a bit longer for thicker doors.

Received the Italian Framed Hoop for my office. Nice personal touch with the baroque frame, and it's still functional. Easy to install using the included hardware. Shipping took a week or so, which was okay. The hoop feels solid, but I would not recommend dunking on it. It adds character to the room overall.

I am delighted to report on my recent acquisition of a Gimmehoop product, which was delivered today. Upon inspection, I observed a minor imperfection in the form of a small section on the frame where the gold paint is absent. However, it is anticipated that this defect will be imperceptible once the item is securely mounted on the wall. I eagerly anticipate integrating this product into my environment and fully utilizing its capabilities. The aesthetic qualities of the item are truly remarkable, and I am sincerely grateful to Gimmehoop for their excellent product and service.

Had it for a week before it broke. Still waiting for them to send me a new piece since Feb of this year. No customer service, this would be a ZERO star review. Its a weld spot that broke........................ Take care of your customers.......................

Nice product. Well packaged for shipping to prevent damages. My only dislike is that a clear coat should be applied to prevent paint from rubbing off. When you run your fingers on the rim or paint residue from paint is on your fingertip.

RUSSIAN PRODUCTS, POOR QUALITY, SCAM

Ordered 25 hoops (basketball rings) , in gold color, received them all damaged and in copper color. Mailed them , called them but no anwer. When I mailed them with a sales question, they replied... A total discrase with products made in Russia

Amazing customer service! Email is the preferable contact & I heard back the same day for any questions and concerns before making the purchase.

Shipping is via DHL with tracking information - frame was packaged properly with 'fragile' sticker on the packaging box & it arrived within 8 Days to Toronto, Canada.

I bought the 40"x32" gold frame & black leather & the size is great for my living room but I wish I bought the largest size as this is a basketball hoop masterpiece!

These people are a scam they gave me a hard time to return my item back and it cost $800.00 to return it back

I bought the gold basketball hoop with the lights and the Lana Del Rey picture . They are gorgeous and so chic in person. The pictures don’t do it justice. They are true pieces of art. The only I would have done differently is get bigger pieces. That was my fault, since the dimensions are there and accurate. My recommendation is to go bigger if you have the space.

Heads up that the credit card charge may come up as Individual Entrepreneur Manuchar Chagiashvili. bogansin.store .I disputed it with paypal because I didn’t recognize the name. Definitely not fraud and worth every penny I paid.

Love my Gimmehoop purchase. It arrived today! There’s a small section on the frame where the frame is missing gold paint, but it will be undetectable once it’s on the wall. Can’t wait to hang it and use it. It looks amazing! Thanks Gimmehoop!

The frame is heavy, wooden, I don't understand where the negative reviews are coming from; it's practically indestructible. I received the hoop in a 40*32 inches frame, the frame weighs about 6 kg, it looks impressive, and expensive!
