As a solo traveller booking a holiday can sometimes be a little daunting. I decided to try a cruise for my upcoming 'big' birthday and contacted Ginge Tours. Geoff researched several cruises which fitted my criteria and I decided on a P & O Mediterranean cruise. Geoff arranged everything for me, he kept in touch and all documentation, etc, was also available via the Trip Plans app. Thanks to Geoff my first cruise experience was straightforward and enjoyable, and I had a lovely memorable birthday. I would certainly use Ginge Tours again for any future holidays.

Ginge tours found the perfect holiday (Little trains of the Pyrenees with Newmarket holidays) for us at a good price.
The itinerary was excellent and varied taking in the most beautiful scenery.
Roses, our resort for the week was pretty, clean and flat which allowed for easy walking. However our hotel room was tired and shabby and the food although tasty was not hot.
Ginge tours gave us the use of an app which had our travel details and itinerary on it saving us from having to carry our paperwork with us all the time.
We had peace of mind that if we had any issues that we only had to make a phone call at any time to Ginge tours and they would be resolved.
In summary we had expert advice, a holiday that was well priced and the reassurance that we were in very safe hands.

From the time we first contacted Geoff he took care of everything; from recommendations, bookings, upgrades, boarding passes and even an email advising of possible road delays on the way to airport. A truly professional service delivered in a personal way, leading to an amazing carefree holiday.

We booked a trip to New York through Geoff which included flights, hotel accommodation and tickets to see Hamilton. I can honestly say that nothing could have been made easier, and with a personal touch Geoff was available to answer any and all questions. Geoff took charge from start to finish with the booking process, providing regular updates, especially when the airline changed flight times. Geoff provided a web based app for my use which contained all information and documents necessary for the trip. I really can't recommend highly enough the services Geoff offers

This was our first holiday booking with Geoff to the Caribbean for our family. It was a pretty special holiday for us as never been to the Caribbean before. We wanted to go to Antigua and Geoff was fabulous in selecting different hotels for us and managed to secure the room we wanted in the most perfect hotel. Everything was taken care of for us and the communication between Geoff and Jo via emails was brilliant. We have already recommended Ginge Tours to friends and definitely will be booking with them again for our next adventure.

All we had was time booked off work and a budget.
We gave this Geoff and he soon came up with several suggestions.

The hotel was a great base for exploring Rome and had everything we needed for our stay, relaxing surroundings, good food, drinks and helpful staff.
The trip was just what we needed and thoroughly enjoyed it.

This is the second holiday we have booked through Geoff at Ginge Tours and we have thoroughly enjoyed it. Our first cruise and Geoff's confirmation that a P&O cruise on the Ventura to the Canaries would suit us just fine was spot on. We had a great time and Geoff was there to help us when bad weather threatened to scupper our plans to get to Southampton. We both thoroughly recommend Geoff & Ginge Tours. Booked a cruise through Ginge Tours on a friend's recommendation, Geoff and Jo are really helpful and professional in the booking process explaining everything very clearly and always respond to any questions promptly. We had a fantastic Cruise with Celebrity Cruises, and have already booked another holiday with them to Malta! again the booking process was very smooth, they have saved us money on both bookings compared to other travel agents so could not recommend them enough.

We contacted Ginge Tours for advice on a honeymoon being given pointers on locations and options, we initially went with another company Luxtripper. When this company went bust we sought Geoff’ help again. He was only too happy to assist us again. And put together a great Once in lifetime Honeymoon. The contact throughout was fantastic will all information easy to understand and find. Using Trip planner we had messages from Geoff confirming details and arrangements. We found ourselves facing an airport delay and potentially missing a connecting flight- we messaged Geoff and again Sunday morning received a prompt “don’t worry” reply with the option to call him if needed.

Helped to answer all our questions and give us personal service, which the holiday reflected. We had an amazing time.

Geoff really went out of his way to help me with my booking to Morocco which wasn't easy as I live in Northern Ireland. Everything was perfect flights, transfers, hotel even airport lounge pass which made the whole experience a pleasure. Well worth booking with GINGE TOURS 100%
