This was our second trip booked through Ginge Tours and our holiday to Corfu, was everything we hoped for and more. The Villa they recommended was outstanding and the location beautiful. Booking through Ginge Tours made the whole process so easy and having Geoff and Joanne on hand to answer any questions throughout was so helpful. They also managed to get flights at a better price than we could.
We were a three generation family with two small children and the equipment and little touches provided by the local team made such a difference to our experience.
Thank you Geoff and Joanne, we will be back!

We had decided between us (two couples) that we wanted to go on a river cruise and where we wanted to go. I contacted Geoff and Jo and from the first contact they have been excellent. They were able to let us have the information about the cruise, gave us time to make decisions and then booked it for us, cheaper than we could have got it elsewhere. I have to have pre booked plane seats (flight nerves!) and this was done for all of us. They kept us fully up to date before we travelled and while we were travelling and when we got back. We had a brilliant holiday and I felt the stress of booking was lifted. We will most definitely be coming back to them. We were so impressed that we have recommended them to a couple we met on holiday (retired nurse and police officer). Thank you! X

This was our first cruise and we discussed with Geoff our requirements which led to his recommendation for Celebrity. He fully explained the pros and cons of the major cruise lines and we could not have chosen better, thanks to Geoff. We travelled from Spain initially to the UK to fly to Miami and everything was organised to perfection, the transfers, the Miami hotel and the cruise, again thanks to Geoff. We'll be looking to book our next adventure with Ginge Tours shortly and cannot recommend this company highly enough.

My beloved and I needed a holiday due to numerous reasons but I was struggling to find time to review locations/hotels, flights etc. I went to Ginge Tours and have to say they were amazing. Geoff and Jo listened to my requirements and found us the perfect holiday. Their attention to detail was second to none and we are impressed by the level of customer care.

Geoff at Ginge Tours was recommended to me by a family member after previous bookings and he was an absolute star! He did lots of hunting for me and found a great deal that made our holiday deal absolutely fantastic. The booking process was simple as was the payments.
As an anxious customer Geoff was friendly easy to get hold of and kept us well informed throughout, keeping our minds at ease. They also made sure everything was okay on the other side making sure everything was as it should. I really like the use of the trip planner, a useful app to use and came in handy multiple times for our itinerary and any links needed throughout our stay. Thank you for great and friendly service.

We booked a simple package holiday to Fuerteventura and decided to bypass Jet2 to see what Geoff nd Jo could offer. First class service from beginning to end. From my first email enquiry to Jo and Geoff when searching for a holiday to the final one welcoming us home, our experience has been unsurpassed by anything that went before. Excellent service which only saved us a few quid over the holiday company’s price but was so personal in communications and assistance that we felt more special than ‘just another couple booking a package holiday’. I can’t recommend Ginge’s Tours enough, truly fabulous.

I’d always wanted to visit Japan and Geoff and Jo listened to what I would like to see and made suggestions which turned into the most amazing holiday. The sights were fantastic with a lovely group of people and we were mostly lucky with the weather and for me knowing that if anything did go wrong, (which it didn’t) Geoff and Jo were only a phone call away.

Just finished our cruise to Hawaii which was booked through Ginge Tours and I cannot praise this company enough. They constantly beat any other qoutes I have had, are so professional and helpful and always available to answer any questions you may have. I would highly recommend.

Ginge Tours is our travel agent of choice. We have now booked well over 10 trips through them. The personal service you recieve is breathtakingly good. No one will be disappointed. In February/March we visited Thailand. I had an idea what we wanted to do and where to visit. Geoff did the rest adding in additional places that were incredible to visit for example Bridge over the River Kwai. The personal service even extended to advice and booking tours for us in places such as Bangkok and Chaing Mai. The holiday was amazing and made so by the outstanding service of Ginge Tours from the inkling of an idea to the holiday and on the holiday itself. Do book with them. You will not regret it.

As a family we have used Ginge Tours three times within the last few months. Once for a girls trip to Tenerife, once for a business trip to New York and once for a luxury island hopping holiday in Greece. Ginge Tours have been brilliant to work with. They are experienced and friendly and have a natural ability to plan a complicated trip and make it look easy and at the same time save lots of money. They got all our trips cheaper than we could do it ourselves! I am very happy to recommend them x

Another brilliantly organised trip with Ginge tours. Everything went very smoothly and such an enjoyable trip - apart from the result ! At least we saw some more history, with Italy winning . Incredible sights to see and the trips and itinerary booked by Geoff was excellent. As usual the communication was first class and this time we used the my trip app which was great. Geoff and Jo were extremely helpful from the outset when we made our initial enquiry to find our Caribbean Cruise. They provided a very speedy response to any queries we had and nothing was too much trouble. It was also comforting to know that they were on the end of a phone or email if we needed any assistance during our holiday.

Fantastic holiday for three weeks in Pattaya, Thailand. The whole trip went without a hitch so very well planned. Booked a trip whilst away to the Ethical Elephant Sanctuary, through our agent, again perfectly planned and was amazing. We've been using Ginge Tours for a number and variety of trips and have always had great service. We've just returned from skiing in Austria and, once again, had a seamless experience in terms of booking and arrangements. We really value the ease of booking and the provision of all of the information and documents through the App. All in all, couldn't recommend highly enough!

My wife and I have just returned from Jukkasjärvi in Northern Sweden where we had a fabulous time at the Icehotel staying the first night in one of their ice rooms with an attached heated ensuite including our own sauna. Ginge tours arranged everything for us including a very enjoyable cross country skiing experience on the frozen river and we added a snowmobiling adventure searching for the northern lights on one evening. The hotel staff were fantastic and nothing was a bother. The superb Icehotel restaurant is just across the road directly from the hotel. This was yet again a bucket list adventure organised by Ginge Tours for us and we cannot wait to get the next adventure organised with them very soon. Thanks again to Geoff & Jo 👏👏

We left all of the planning of our Gran Canaria holiday to Ginge Tours and we were not disappointed. Excellent service and support and saved us money too. Will be using them again and would happily recommend the service

Geoff and Joanne make the booking really easy. I give them a rough outline of what we want and that’s what we got. We’ve booked and travelled with them twice and have our third trip with them already booked.
