From the moment I saw their octogon light I fell in love. Beautiful and useful. I follow new designs and am constantly astounded and delighted. ( I need a bigger house) the choice is endless.They do not however sit on their laurels so their customer service matches the designs and I would rate them the best company ever.

I’ve bought many products from gingko as they are very unique awesome products however, Never thought I’d have to write this to the company but I got to say what absolutely poor customer service to help me with my issue! No help whatsoever. Bought a walnut Evaro lamp last year and only just smashed the bulb this week and want a replacement bulb, to only find out that they stopped doing replacement bulbs for it and the lamp itself?! What a joke, for over a £100 lamp you’d think they stock replacement bulbs. Now I can’t use my desk light. Not a happy customer

Love these little clocks! Found one in a local gift shop. It’s a cool design! If you wake up in the middle of the night, just give it a tap and it gives you the time. Otherwise, it is off.

My alarm o’clock broke after I dropped it on the floor. They replace the clock, even though I bought it in Barcelona, and took onboard a suggestion to improve the model. Really impressed with their customer services: fast, efficient and super helpful!

Having attended the Grand Designs event on 4th October at the NEC, this company was selling some of what seemed like innovative wears. I chose an wooden alarm clock for a gift. Paid for it at the 'special discounted price', and when I got home it was significantly damaged, the 'wooden' clock was just veneer which was split and come away from the plastic outer casing. After various calls and emails to the company I eventually got a replacement, naturally upon return of the damaged goods; it was, however, too late for the intended gift.
When the replacement arrived it was also damaged, and just saw how badly these goods where made, this time the charging socket didn't accept the charger, it was too far back in the casing for the cable to charge the item. Again after over 15 times in contacting this company - It was agreed to refund me, they offered compensation of £10 as a voucher as gesture of good will. After this experience I suggested we draw a line under it and refund me and donate the £10 to Children in Need. Here we are 2 weeks later and still nothing in my bank account. Having given them the reasonable time to correct this, it is clear that this company has no value of its customers and based on this frustrating experience could certainly not recommend them, particularly when they are promoting themselves at major respected events such as Grand Designs. Its sales sales all the way. Discounted price of £35.00 I have spent that in time and resource just to get what is owed for substandard goods and still waiting for my refund.
