WTF!!! I do not have 10 stars to give to them, but they deserve all of 10. I bought my Gibson SG Custom from London. Gianluca help me all the way from A to Z even with the Tax return. Alex came to pick me up to the bus stop, included a nice pizza and then when the business was closed they took me back to the bus stop!!!! Amazing 10 stars**********

This is my second purchase from Gino’s Guitars. My experience dealing with Gianluca on both occasions was excellent. The first guitar I purchased was a Fender Custom Shop Telecaster and the second was a Gibson Les Paul SG.

On both occasions I have found that the guitars were more securely packed than I have ever previously experienced. They arrived in mint condition and exactly on schedule. The customer service provided was first class and Gianluca was a pleasure to deal with.

I would highly recommend Gino’s Guitars and will be back for future purchases.

Gino Guitars is a high class guitar store located in Milan(o), Italy. I came across them online after visiting the Gibson Garage in Nashville, TN. At the Garage, I tested several guitars and had the experience of a lifetime testing out a Gibson Custom Guitars & Neck (as well as some Gibson USA Models). Due to being on the road, travelling with family, I didn't feel safe to make a purchase back, yet I always remembered that the 57/58 feared ''baseball bat neck'' is the one that's perfectly suitable for me according to the neck models on the store. Always had in mind to purchase a 57' or 58 Gibson Les Paul Standard in the future since owning was supposed to be my dream lifetime guitar. I have several guitars similar to it, but a Gibson Les Paul from the Custom Shop is something else.

After I returned from my trip in April, I came upon Gino Guitars by Google Searching for 1958 LP Standard when I came upon a Kindred Burst 1958 LP Standard with Black Custombuckers giving me exact Slash vibes. One of the guys whose guitar playing I like the most. Gino Guitars offer several methods of payments like credit cards and wire transfers. Due to my current financial situation, I opted to make the payment via wire transfer. Prior to this, I did contact the store via email and via WhatsApp. They always answered and responded in a good manner of time. I had to go via the fraud prevention system from my US Bank and it took several days for Gino Guitars to receive my payment. Upon receipt of payment, they prepared the guitar for shipping and shipped it away.
The guys at the U.S. Customs opened my package and demanded information from the seller and myself via the shipping carrier FedEx. The guitar store owner in compliance filled out his paperwork as well as the Lacey Act Information for guitars coming into the U.S. I did my part as well.

It took around 3 weeks for my guitar to arrive thanks to the U.S. Customs, but my guitar arrived in perfectly good condition and playable. To my understand they did perform a setup, and I'm currently playing it at the time of writing.
The reason that I write this review is because this store, Gino Guitars DELIVERS!
Me being limited to writing English & Spanish only wasn't a limitation for business. We made business in English language and I wrote him at all times and hours. I deeply apologize for writing early in the morning. He still respectfully delivered all the time, before, during the purchase, during the shipping process, until my guitar came home. I'm truly highly grateful for this.

I know that sometimes in the US we may limit ourselves to our own stores for ''reason(s)'', but Gino Guitars has an excellently professional and good taste selection that with all due respect may not be able to be found on an US Store, Local or Big Chain.
Buying here is worthwhile. They do deliver. Buy safe!

Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. I was slightly nervous purchasing an expensive guitar online and from abroad but I needn’t have been.

Ginos is excellent with communication - answered all my questions promptly and it was just a great purchase overall.

I received the guitar in pristine condition and it was setup as requested.

I do recommend to work with them wherever is your residence. Very high satisfaction for the international service. I contacted Gianluca via Gino’s email service. He took care about my order and, after payment, quickly the goods were sent to my place with UPS. It took only 6 day for the guitar to arrive in the country. I received the guitar 4 days later , the guitar was well protected and all was ok.
For sure next time I need some gears I will contact Gino again.
