Very happy of Gino's Guitar. The guitar was very well packed and setup (even if I have to play more so that the setup stabilize after the transport and the detuned strings).

Quite bad online customer experience. Just asked for photos of an expensive Custom shop Fender in more natural light, and potentially a sound samples or video of playing the item. Responses were first that they don’t do that, and then wanted to charge 10euros for photos and 15 euros for a video. I have never experienced that from any other vendors online. Besides they were quite expéditive and arrogant in their responses. Would absolutely not recommend. These folks clearly do not need the job.

I have ordered a guitar online. The whole buying process went smoothly.
I had a question a week after my purchase and Gino Guitars provided a good customer service.

I ordered a Les Paul Custom Gibson Made to Measure and they guided me through the entire process.

Once the guitar was ready (which was ahead of schedule) they delivered my order in a double box with lots and lots of packaging. They took fantastic care of my purchase.

So much so, I'm considering ordering another guitar from them.

This review relates to their customer services. My experience with them has been excellent they really try to help you especially as we now have to navigate the post Brexit situation affecting imports from Italy to the UK. Give them a try they are really helpful.

I keep the guitar because the top is beautiful, but your quality control and poor, and packaging with ripple and wet, it's shameful, just an inflatable ball of protection, mediocre ...
