Horrible. Do not purchase anything from this company. Deceptive website makes it seem like it is a European company but it’s Chinese. It’s been 5 weeks and several emails inquiring about the status of my order. Each time I’ve been told that the order will be delivered soon/in a couple of days. Still haven’t received the order. Asked to cancel. They will not. I have never dealt with a company like this. Terrible customer service. Just terrible. Stay away!!!!

Just a dropshipping website with far worse quality than the picture. Please cancel this site…. Pictures made it look like its Italian or hand made, but this is just a scam, probably Temu has better quality than this!

Bought boots from them. After about 15 wears the bottom of the soles tore (as the soft rubber they are made of is totally inappropriate for boots unless you wear them walking on marshmallows). Now the sole glue is coming off leading to the sole coming off. Not happy with this product at all. Company has a 1 month warranty. I understand having a warranty but a few photos would show them that they are barely worn and not of merchantable quality. I would have honestly expected a replacement, although they would have just tore too I suppose

Shipment of two trousers came late.
Trousers were NOT as pictured, were extremely skimpy and fit too snugly.
Can not reach "returns" because it keeps looping to the main website.
I filed a complaint with PayPal and Amex
Their site will not let me successfully "Return" the items because the site will always loop me to the home page
their phone numbers do NOT work
appears to be deliberately set up this way

Received items they were too small, emailed the company and got no response, cheap quality, this company is a scam

I placed an order (Order #6403), which has never been delivered. Despite informing customer service promptly, I have received no response. The item was paid for by credit card, and no refund has been issued.
Additionally, the "refund policy" page on the company’s website does not open, nor do other pages that would be helpful in addressing this situation.
I am sharing my experience here on Trustpilot to draw attention to the company's behavior and to inform others about the difficulties I have encountered.

I purchased a pair of pants and a shirt. First of all, both processing and shipping took longer than promised. I was so excited when my order was finally delivered but as soon as I opened them I noticed the extremely cheap quality. There is no information about the material used in the making nor any care instructions (washing, drying, iron, etc.). They look nothing like what they advertise on the website. I highly doubt these clothes are handmade, but even if they are, it's made by the least skilled workers. Don't be fooled by the nice Italian name they've come up with just to rip you off. I immediately sent them an email asking for a return & refund instructions but haven't heard back after 5 days... worst experience ever, totally regret my purchase and would never ever trust such bogus websites!

Scam. You will never receive the product. Please report to Postal police.
