Stay away

A rare combination of high incompetence and careless rudeness. After clearly explaining what I needed - a bed that could be turned into a double bed - they proceeded to order an item that was completely wrong. What ensued was fitting a farce with them refusing any responsibility and accounting for the information they provided which led to the wrong order. All was mixed with the highest rudeness ever experienced. I am stunned they are still in business especially since I have since learned this is more than common with them.
