I am very happy that I moved, the neighbours have all been very kind and helpful, the service from Girlings once I moved in was prompt and both Paula and Martin were efficient and kind.

I found the whole process exceptional, I was kept informed all the way through & if I had any questions; they were answered readily. I did find myself doubting my success about one month before I was informed that the unit was mine to rent, with hind sight, I realise that it is just the in-depth checking that is involved, a good thing & totally understandable.
I am very comfortable & happy in my flat, absolutely, the nicest property I looked at. Thank you also to Chloe from Leaders who went back & forth to the property, taking further pictures & measurements for me. Nothing was too much trouble for Chloe.

Yeah very happy with all the Service I got from Girlings Rentals and enjoying the peace and comfort in my new home.

Number of repairs itemised before move in still not completed. Have had to contact on 3 occasions to remind.

Pleased with service. Everyone is friendly and helpful, calling back and arranging viewings as agreed to.

Although the staff were working from home due to Covid 19, communication throughout was excellent.
The handover was efficient and queries dealt with easily, as close as a stress free move as possible.

We viewed the various available flats on 8th Sept. and decided we like the south westerly facing top floor, putting in an application.

The application was dealt with very quickly and efficiently picking up the keys on the 6th Oct. and we moved in on the 14th Oct. I have never before moved so quickly considering we sold our own house between 6th and 14th.

Obviously there is not the same amount of room but when you reach 75+ (stopped counting at 75) the accommodation is more than adequate for our needs. The décor of the entire complex is very good and our manager Rachel is an excellent individual, just don't tell her I said so.

We are very comfortable and it feels like we are living in a suit of a 5 star hotel, feeling as though we have come home.

My recommendation; if you are living (rattling round) in a large house sell up and move into a flat in a retirement complex you'll not regret it.

It is well known that moving can be a really stressful process. Girlings office staff were extremely efficient in every aspect.

The service was excellent very afficiant. The staff kept us up to date all the time.
Are flat was spotless when we moved in. Couldnt ask for anything better. The only thing i would say is there rents are very high . Maybe they should look at that . But other than that cant complain.
