Do not buy from this company. They are selling products at inflated prices from other stores. I have a crossbody bag which I bought on S***n for £8.50. To my surprise I saw this bag on their website for £33. They claim that it was reduced from £96. Do not be fooled by the fake adverts.They are now going into liquidation I wonder why!!

Do not buy from this conpany, the bag I purchased isn’t leather, I’ve asked for a refund but all my emails have gone unanswered. Shocking, I could have bought a better quality faux leather bag for less than this locally. Appalling company to deal with

Do not buy from this company!!!!The items are NOT leather, their description of the handbags are totally misleading. I ordered x3 bags, cheap plastic handbags arrived. From the reviews I can see I am now out of pocket. I have received x1 email requesting I send them product code etc, which is not in their returns policy. I am not even going to try to return, becuase i am sure i will be wasting more money.

I ordered two bags, $150, took over a month to arrive, they are NOT LEATHER like they claim.
One of the bags was a totally different colour from what I ordered AND the strap, which is hidden on their website photos, is a made of a floral canvas like material which I didn’t realise until I received it.
On their website, under returns/refunds, they say if you’re not happy we will refund you and let you keep it, yeah, NOT!! They sounded legit! They offered me 15% and keep the bag, or send it back, shipping on me.
I didn’t want the bag, because firstly they sent me the wrong colour and their photos didn’t show the floral strap, I would not have bought it otherwise.
I asked that seeing as it was their mistake, only seems fair that shipping should be on them, return address is in China, they just said there are two options, please chose one.
Other people said that they did return their product to them in China, BUT, the package came back to them because the address THE COMPANY GAVE THEM, was not found. It’s a SCAM, DO NOT BUY!!

Do not buy from this supplier, its a scam and they no longer exist

Paid $40 for shoes that supposedly were over $100- they showed up and they are as cheap as something you’d find at dollar tree. Maybe not even that good. The design on the side is an iron on transfer, the sole is foam, the tip is netting super thin. These won’t last a whole day. Do NOT buy from them.

Absolutely terrible quality cheap looking and not at all like the site pretends to be. Sent back two pairs of shoes for refund 3 months ago and they are sitting at China post waiting for them to complete a custom declaration which they still have not done. I give up ever getting a refund. It also cost me an extra $40 to send them back! Do not buy. Scam.

Do not buy anything from this company. I bought a supposedly Italian Leather bag, which took over a month to arrive. The bag was not any kind of leather, but a very stiff and smelly plastic. I contacted the company and was given the option of sending it back, to an address in China, at my own expense, for a refund. I posted it to the address in China, which cost me £12, on 11/07/24. I sent proof of postage etc to the company as requested. On Monday this week, 20/01/25, the postman delivered the unopened package back to me. It had been refused by customs in China. I emailed the company, attaching photos of the customs labels on the package, asking for a refund if only as a gesture of goodwill, as I had tried to return the bag to them. I’ve received an email stating that I need to contact my courier service as it’s their fault it wasn’t delivered back to them. Absolutely appalling service. They should be stopped from trading and banned from advertising on social media platforms.

Not Italian quality shoes, Very cheap and not well done, but good marketing. They sell the same product in other websites. Sizes are not true to EU as a size 42 is too small form me that I am a 41 (8uk). Customer service is responding (therefore to be fair is ok), but make refund very difficult, unless to ship back the shoes to China, otherwise they offer 15% refund and keep the shoes (which I cannot use anyway). Completely overpriced on the website. Amazon sell them for £25.

Well I’ve been duped! No purse and charged my credit card twice. I sent them an email and complained and they said they did not charge me twice so I sent them a picture of my statement. Heard nothing! Wish I’d read reviews before I ordered!

Ordered purse 1 month ago, not arrived. Tracking number doesn't exist. Disputing charges, email for assistance doesn't exist, bounced back

It is a scam. Quality is very bad and there is no label/ tag on the dresses with the brand name. Materials and prints are extremely poor. Although it is introduced as Italian brand put once you finish placing your order and made payment, then you will be informed that your items will be shipped from China.

The product that was delivered was not the product you see online, its cheap quality and has no tags to confirm they are legit. When you ask to return the product they give you the request you return the product to China, within 14 days from delivery, which is a sign that this is not a legit company and the products being sold are of low quality, and no guarantee you'll get your money back based on other reviews seen below. Customer service is very unhelpful

Ordered shoes that 'everyone' is raving about. Supposed to be supportive / orthopaedic trainers, they are far from it.
Plastic, poor quality.
Apparently reduced from +£100 to £40.00 and ow, guess what, they have gone quiet on me because i want to return them. Don't touch these trainers! Let alone the company.

Fake Product. Very slow delivery. However, product has no labelling to confirm Giulia Milan instead has a label that says Fashion Shoes. These exact same shoes can be purchased on Amazon for £27.12, supposedly (£113 for £40). There is no point in returning as I will need to pay postage and reading reviews I am unlikely to receive refund

Poor - I ordered nice trainer type shoes. Firstly the quality is not great too light and flimsy. The sizing is all wrong I ordered size 41 and got size 42 which was still way too small. Probably need to order 3 sizes up!
Also returns a NIGHTMARE they want me to return to china but for me to pay the costs!! Otherwise I don’t get a refund of £41!! Appalling website.

What are the bag from this company! That was my first mistake. I should’ve known it was not made in Italy. Use the bag for two weeks and the strap broke. Contacted the company. They said they have a 14 day return policy! First of all, who does that no one! Do not order anything from these scammers.

Do not buy anything from this company. What they deliver is not what you see in the advertisement. The product delivered is horrible, with no quality or finish, in addition to having a horrible smell. Although it is written that they refund it without you even having to return it, because they are sure that you will love it, it is a lie and when you insist that you want your money back they tell you to send it to China, which will be super expensive. Everything is a scam, don’t fall for it!

The bag arrived late and did not come from Italiy. It's wrapped in Chinese packaging and stinks of glue. The smell hasn't gone, so I've not used it.
