Do not buy from this company. The handbag did not come from Italy but from china. It’s plastic no leather. False advertising.

The handbag I ordered was made of plastic in China.

DO NOT BUY A LEATHER HANDBAG FROM THIS COMPANY !
Although quality of the soft leather looks good, the bag is so cheaply made. I purchased a crossbody for vacation and the first time I used the bag, the strap broke off tumbling my bag to the ground.
I emailed the company, and was told I was past the policy window of 14 days and they would not exchange nor credit me back.They will not stand behind the product !

These items do not come from Italy. They claim to sell linen dresses, but when the dress came, it was 100% polyester. Don’t be blind sided by there discrimination it is not true!!!

I fell for a con with this company. Bought a dress online after seeing it on Facebook. Won’t make that mistake again! The dress is badly made in cheap material, is the wrong size for me and has no label. I have sent countless emails asking for a refund and a return address. They clearly have no intention of refunding me and, unsurprisingly, don’t want the dress back. Have discovered that, contrary to the Italian-sounding name (Guilia Milan), it is a Chinese company, probably produced in a sweat shop. So frustrating.

We all need to care to not be seduced into buying items on social media. Fallen victim to buying one of their bags. Day 2 the handle trap detached it self from the bag itself. Have emailed the company. Having read some of the reviews, not confident of getting a reply.
Please avoid at all cost. And lesson learnt once again from making purchases from social media

This is not a reliable company. They don't reply to e-mails and do not give any details about the delivery. The company's based in Asia and not in Italy.

If you like cheap Chinese rubbish this is the place to go. I ordered a supposedly "leather" bag and a pair of boots, the quality is so bad I would be embarrassed to take them to a charity shop. Both are now in the dustbin.

I ordered 2 dresses and a bag. One dress was missing and the other is very bad quality. This is coming from China this is not coming from Italy. Trying to get a refund after sending pictures of the dress.

I made an order since 6th June and still haven’t received my order - but my money has been taken though!

Italy isn’t that far away!
