Mulberry silk pillowcase
I received this beautiful Mulberry pillow case as a Christmas gift.
I thought I would give a few months before writing a review .
I am so impressed with this pillow case it is super quality and is really beautiful as for keeping me cool it does the job thats why i took it on holiday with me, It is well travelled as It been to Spain and also the USA.
I would definitely recommend this company and of course a mulberry pillowcase.....Thank you so very much.

Don't waste your time or money dealing with this company.
Recently I decided to buy some new handkerchiefs and after a search on the internet I found Givan's website which was very impressive with all the information about their history and the photographs of their products. Consequently I placed an order and paid £35, which I thought was a lot for handkerchiefs but I was sure they would be worth it.
A few days later I returned home to find an “aroFOL”, package pushed through my letterbox. On opening the package I found a plastic bag with all the handkerchiefs folded up as one with a band wrapped round them, not quite the presentation that I was expecting. However when I separated the handkerchiefs I was shocked to see that many of them had cotton strands still attached to them.
I am very disappointed that the quality, presentation and packaging of the product did not match the aspirations illustrated by their website.
I contacted Givans by email because the phone kept going to an answer machine and I have so far waited a month for a reply.
My advice would be to stay well clear of this company as I feel that I have been conned.

The aroFOL packaging used for your order is our standard lightweight mailer. It helps us keep postage costs down and is eco-friendly, being fully recyclable. The handkerchiefs are covered for hygiene reasons, using recyclable materials. However, we take your feedback seriously and we will be looking into new options to improve our presentation for these ranges.
We regret that some cotton strands remained on the handkerchiefs, despite our quality checks. These strands usually come off after the first wash. We apologise for any disappointment this caused.
As a goodwill gesture, we have refunded your order in full. We have fully taken onboard your feedback and will be addressing these issues. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to serve you better in the future.

Great service and products that are truly unique.
I have recently ordered a few bed linens from Givans.
I used their online purchasing for 2 McCaw and Allan oxford pillow cases in the 1400 range of linen and a McCaw and Allan single king size flat sheet also in the 1400 range of linen.
With regards to the flat sheet I phoned to see if they could help and Chris went out of his way to help me with the order.
The linen bedding is truly the most unique and of the highest quality you can find. The fine weave to the lovely stitching is perfect and has that lovely feel that only linen can provide.

Best ever linen.
I have ordered 100% pure linen bedlinen from Givans and have to say the quality is superb, there is nothing better than sleeping in linen and I found Givans to be very well priced, fast delivery and very efficient service. I know that pure linen is expensive but it is a worthwhile investment as it will last years and the best part is it just gets better with every wash! I definitely recommend this company.
