Mother's day gift from me to me!

Saw their advert for Mother's day special box £25 for almost £100 products and all the products looked amazing.
They've been recommended before as Cruelty free (the most important) and also SLS and paraben free. I wear hair extensions and can't use SLS.
The box arrived and it's gorgeous, so well packaged. I tried the lip liner on my hand and never known a lip liner to stay on even if smudged, this well!
I sprayed the body spray and it reminded me of the beach and ocean.
I'm not a mum but I'm a dog mom so I really think I qualified!
It was my birthday on end of march and was a lovely gift for me.

I love the mystery boxes

I love the mystery boxes, I ordered 4 Christmas ones, and I don’t use any other shampoo and conditioner since I first bought from here, £15, amazing prices, I actually had £5 of points aswell, but amazing quality stuff, there’s nothing i could get that i wouldn’t use, love my give me cosmetics 💄

Blown away !!!!

I saw an add on facebook. They were offering a mothers day box gift set 10 items for £25!!!. I decided to give it a try. I recieved the pink shampoo,conditioner and hair mask and honestly my hair has never felt so soft !!!!. The botanical breeze body spray and body oil smells amazing and last longer than any impulse spray i usually get. I am really impressed and i cannot wait to try more of there products it was very fast delivery as well.

Love this brand

When i 1st saw the advert for give me cosmetics, I was sceptical. Im so glad I tried them!! From their shampoos and hair masks, to their skin care range, id recommend them to everyone, and all ages. Im obsessed, and I genuinely think I have all their range!! The customer service is excellent and very professional, any problems and they help you straight away. Highly recommend.

I love this brand

I love this brand, give me cosmetics. so much. Amazing value for money. I also have a fantastic hairdresser at rockabilly Dee’s hair salon. That uses fantastic products. Cudworth. Barnsley S72-8AY give me cosmetics helps keep my natural red hair/ vivid color creations. Nice and nourished. But doesn’t fade my colors. And is extremely good value for money. I love those pamper box/ mystery boxes that give me cosmetics do.

what an awful company

what an awful company! paid for next delivery and didn't receive my parcel until 5 days later, when I reached out to customer service they blamed ME, for providing an incorrect delivery address... pretty sure I know my own address, I have lived there for 9 years! Not even an offer of refunding the delivery fee. I am absolutely disgusted, and for the likes of GEMMA you need to sort your attitude out working in customer service having an attitude like your does you no favours. Only now I have left a review they have agreed to refund my delivery costs. Dont waste your time with this company

We’re sorry to see this review and would like to clarify the situation for transparency.

Your delivery refund was actually processed at 1:26pm as a gesture of goodwill, prior to this review being posted (review posted 18 minutes ago). This was not issued as a result of the review.

In addition, the courier advised that the original delivery address provided could not be verified. The order was then redirected to a locker at your request, only the customer can redirect their parcel. When this type of change is made, the courier must pause the delivery while the shipping label details are updated, which unfortunately can cause delays that are outside of our direct control.

To clarify, we do not manually enter delivery addresses — the address details are provided at checkout and passed directly to the courier for shipping.

We always aim to assist customers as quickly as possible and are sorry that the delivery delay caused frustration. However, we do feel it’s important that the timeline and circumstances are accurately represented.

If you would still like to discuss the order further, please feel free to contact our support team again and we’ll be happy to help.

Long time customer

I've been using give me cosmetics for years, way back when they only had 1 set of hair care available 😅 the skincare is the only skincare that doesn't ruin my skin, all the makeup and accessories are great quality too. Where they really shine is their customer service, it's outstanding, always had any issues resolved really quickly and effectively. I cannot recommend this company enough 100/10

Gemma from customer service was fantastic

I had an issue with an order and was getting no where getting it resolved. I emailed in the end and Gemma took over my problem. She was professional and helpful throughout and resolved the problem.

Order a self care bundle got two conditioner should have been shampoo and conditioner contact them within 1 hour got email back to say there were sorry for miss up and sent me out shampoo and I got it next day 5 stars well done

Shocking customer service

I love the products , no doubt . But shall not be ordering again due to the dreadful customer service.
I ordered the wrong product, yes my fault , and immediately noticed so asked for the product to be swapped . 17.55pm I had an ai response saying, as I had just ordered this and it hadn't been fulfilled, they can forward my email to the correct dept for them to sort out .
No response. Nothing. Nada . Product shipped regardless of me cancelling the order .
72 hours response time give me customer service states .
3 days for a response ? Not good customer service .
I admit I ordered the wrong product, but I immediately cancelled the order . Therefore the product should not have been shipped . £3 deducted from my refund, plus another £3 to ship the correct product .
Sadly , we shall part ways . But seeing as customer service isn't a priority, what do U care anyway ?

The products are rubbish

The products are rubbish. I got the purple set and the conditioner made it static, the serum greasy and the hair defence sticky. Complained and got a patronising email stating to wash my hair properly. Avoid at all costs as you won’t get money back for terrible products.

Usually really happy with this company

Usually really happy with this company. Had the box I ordered delivered with totally different products inside. Went on to the online chat and advised to return… there is no option to exchange. I’d have to await a refund and in the meantime re order and hope the correct products come and pay delivery for this when I have no control over the wrong items being sent. Don’t need the inconvenience.. this has put me off ordering again.

This is such an amazing company

This is such an amazing company. I ordered some of the new shimmer lip oils and when I received them one of the applicators was broken so no product would come out. I contacted them by email and within seconds I had a reply. I’ve never known a company reply to a customer with an issue before so fast and when they did their customer service was amazing. It was literally maybe half an hour and they had sent a new one out. It’s things like this that makes me come back as a return customer as mistakes can be made at times but how a company deals with this makes all the difference. Not to mention their products are amazing. Highly recommend this company to anyone.

Amazing brand

Bouncelab shampoo and conditioner is amazing. We got it at an event and I’d never heard of them before but it left my daughter’s hair so soft and shiny. Wish I could upload pics.
Also the girls in customer service were fab and it’s a Liverpool brand and as a fellow scouser makes us love it even more. ❤️

Still waiting for my order and Give me…

Still waiting for my order and Give me cosmetics don't want to help.. if I had know they use yodel I would never have ordered..
They have £46 of my money but I have no order... if my order isn't with me by 07/02/2026 I will take this a lot further

Nice packaging for their products but that's about all. An absolute gimmick and I noticed no change in my skin at all after buying quite a lot of their products. Don't waste your money.
