Sent iPhone13 pro on 30/4. Still waiting on payment. Emailed and had one response requesting I reconfirm my bank details. I replied and then nothing…no response. It’s looking very doubtful I’m going to hear anything after numerous chasers.
Don’t use this company.

Sent my phone in the beginning of March, (reluctantly) accepted the revised offer 19th March - no payment as of 12th May despite getting in contact three times.

Edited 05/06/24 - still no word from them and will be reporting to trading standards and filing through small claims, it’s passed the point of money owed and now about proving a point

I actually wish I could give less than one star!!! These people are thieves!! They offered me £340 for my phone, even though I had ticked broken!! There is absolutely nothing wrong with the phone. It works perfectly, but the back screen and front screen were cracked.. So I sent the phone off and their revised offer was £51!!! This was three weeks ago, which I refused and I’m still waiting for my phone!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! SCAM!!!

They are frauds. They have offered me 335 pounds for the phone and then reduced it to 81 pounds. So I have rejected their offer but still they holding my phone. They are not sending it back. So beaware of these frauds.

Sent off my phone on a Friday did not have an update the following Thursday so I messaged and was told I’d get a message by the end of the next day. I still did not receive any word about my phone but on Monday I got an email to say my payment would be with me within a day and received today, got what I wanted for it very happy! Would use again 🙂

I sold my broken iPhone to Gizmo for an estimated price of £340 (I put that the condition was broken). They sent me a text to confirm they had received my device, and their website says payment will be almost immediate. 10 days later I still hadn’t heard anything so I contacted them through their messenger service, as the ‘order progress’ link on the email confirmation did not work. After no reply for 2 days I tried their email address. After waiting another 3 days I finally got a response saying I would see the money in my account immediately. They gave me £70. I understand the original quote may not be the final figure, but £270 difference is a joke. I immediately wrote back to state I did not agree to this and requested some clarification… 2 days later still no response. I would highly recommend that you DO NOT use this website

Fraudsters!!!! Beware!! They sent me the “free post envelope, which infact I had to pay Royal Mail £5 to recieve as postage wasn’t paid on it! Sent my phone off. After 3 weeks of hearing nothing I contacted them and Royal Mail, phone went missing apparently!! £550 iPhone and I recieved not a penny for it! Proper con artists, do not use them, stick to more reputable company’s, yes they might offer slightly less but I’d have been better off accepting the £400 from o2 than 550 from gizmo then not recieve a single penny!!! Beware people

I couldn’t be happier with the service Gizmorecycle provided. The process was efficient and simple to follow and their price was reasonable. The payment was fast once I had accepted the offer. I will definitely be using this again in the future.

Sent 2 Phones away within a day of each other in their freepost envelope that they sent me, got an update to say my devices were recieved and do I accept the amended amount for which I did. 3 business days later I’m still waiting on payment. Still haven’t got any communication back and I’ve also notified trading standards about this as it’s not ideal!

Seemed straight forward until days passed and no sign of payment. Accepted the price on Tuesday, it says 1 day for payment and nothing 6 days later. Maybe just a delay but not ideal?

I went online to sell my cracked iPhone and was led to this website . I was offered a fair price which I was happy with and was paid promptly . The entire process was very easy and I would recommend for the future 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
