Pretty good overall

I was impressed with the ease of getting the free post equipment to send my device. The response from the website was also rapid with good processing timing. My only critique is the price change from 240 initially to less than half of this when they reported scuffs on the rear of my device. This I feel was no clear on the “damaged / broken” selection.

Good customer service

Had a query which was resolved in a quick and polite manner. Overall very happy once I spoke with someone and everything was processed very quickly.

Great service

Got less than stated for my iPhone XS Max but it did say up to the amount stated so I was anticipating this to an extent. The service was very good. Sent phone by post on a Saturday and had the funds on Tuesday.

Sold my broken iPhone

Sold my broken iPhone, didn't get the price that was originally quoted, although this was an 'up to' price so I didn't think I would get the full amount. I was offered pretty much what I thought I would get. The service was super quick, especially receiving my payment and they even sent out a small bag of harribo with the packaging pack, which made my day. All in all a very easy good experience would recommend

speedy and efficient!

Received the package to send my phone off within a few days and then I was offered an amount within hours of them receiving my phone. A much higher price than anyone else around. An all round speedy and efficient service. Will definitely use again!

My MacBook battery wasn’t working so I took it to these guys to fix the problem. Within a day I had my MacBook back working as good as new.
Quick at getting the MacBook back to me and Great customer service.
