A bad experience has been cured, thoroughly and nicely!
I would like you to read my original review below - but read this first! When GizzmoHeaven read my review, I received mail from them, apologising and giving me a complete refund. They seem, somehow, to never have received my mail complaining of not having received my order. Their exceptionally nice mail even offered me a discount on my next purchase. I have never had a company take responsibility so completely, and I confess I am impressed. I will certainly give them another chance!
The price was right, the product looked good and shipping time reasonable. So i ordered a screen protector for my galaxy a3 2016. It took a long time to arrive (3 weeks rather than 5-10 business days), but that may well be the fault of the Israel postal service. The screen itself is not adequate - too narrow for the phone's screen - and i now have to order another one, from another company, for more money. In addition, when I sent a query to Gizzmo to ask if i could track my late package, I did not receive a reply. So this hasn't been such a satisfying shopping experience!
