Suspect personal data not secure , nice ring
Purchased my ring using PayPal then received 3 scam emails imitating PayPal invoices for Bit coin purchases immediately after ( I have never purchased a Bit coin or like), I forwarded the phishing emails to PayPal. I had not received such emails before or since, although the transacation was secure I am not convinced my data is secure at Gladstones! They did not stock the ring they sold after I enquired, so I had to wait for them to receive it and send , It took about a week to arrive but the staff are responsive and polite. I would rather know they selling a ring they do not have so I can make an informed decision whether to purchase , I considered this a frustration. The ring was 8mm wide and did not fit in the slit of the box provided when arrived, I thought this was poor. The ring was as described , fit perfect and beautiful.
Edit: Thankyou for your reply, I am glad you had your own IT check your own system that is all that I would expect :) Plus 1 star for that

Firstly I'm sorry to hear you have had some issues with regards phishing emails. All payments made through the Paypal payment gateway on our website is ran and operated by Paypal themselves, which is obviously very secure. I would suggest contacting Paypal themselves as this is not something we operate nor do we have access to any information you input whilst in the Paypal Payment Gateway. We have had our website developer run a diagnostic on the system and we have had no breaches to our site or customer data.
With regards the product not being in stock, we do advertise on our site that these tungsten rings are not held in stock as we offer a wide range of designs and cannot hold each design in every finger size, we instead offer the option to order your required size but inform you it can take a few weeks to arrive, as these rings are a branded product all packaging is supplied by the brand, however I have passed on your feedback to them.
I pleased to hear despite the above issues you were pleased with the service you received from our staff and were pleased with the product itself. I hope your other issues won't put you off shopping with us again.

Excellent service from Hull shop
Excellent service from the Hull shop, they took the stones from my wedding and engagement rings and put them into a locket for me, as I have had to have them cut off and was unable to wear them, cannot thank them enough, perfect customer care and advice.

Exceptional Service
Myself and my fiance have just ordered our wedding rings with Gladstones and we couldn't be happier with the rings and the service we've received.
We spoke to Gladstones at two separate wedding fairs and both times they took a lot of time to answer any questions, provide us with information and make us feel comfortable with the vast selection they offer. They're very knowledgable and definitely made us feel like whatever we wanted was achievable.
After consideration we decided to book a consultation and received exactly the same treatment when we visited their shop. They were very patient with our many questions and my fiance trying on a large selection of rings, even taking the time to buff her engagement ring for free so she could try it alongside the wedding rings.
Ultimately we chose exactly what we wanted and we walked away extremely happy, couldn't recommend them enough!

Happy first time buyer
Ordered a Bulova ladies watch from their website. Listed price was 100 GBP cheaper than what I seen at a nearby mall. The watch was delivered within 2 days.. properly packaged and complete with the guarantee card details filled in.. happy with the experience and will keep browsing their website for more good deals..
