Without a doubt a fake company. A total scam. Thank goodness my order was an inconsequential one. You place the order and they furnish you with an order number with the promise that you will received a tracking number. That was on 01 October 2025. A tracking number has never been received. The product has never been received. I signed into my "account" multiple times and logged queries. Absolutely no response other than an automated email indicating that someone will get hold of you. No way of contacting them directly. Please do not order form this "business".

I don't want to give even 0 star for glamsecret.ae. for ORDERING to CONFIRMATION until DELIVERY ALSO FREEBIES is SCAM. I send my payment. I confirm to their WhatsApp number on site for confirmation of my order number. AFTER 3DAYS someone from GLAMSECRET.AE I receive a phone call telling that the item I order is OUT OF STOCK.. I don't have choice just change to the item they have. FOR THE DELIVERY 4DAYS OF WAITING the time I complained for the saying their doing their BEST...THAT IS THEIR VERY BEST VERY ANNOYING, UNACCEPTABLE, UNREASONABLE AND TRAUMA I EXPERIENCE TO THIS GLAMSECRET.AE

I placed an order that went through and never received the email with the confirmation of my purchase. I contacted the vendor through their email address and got the automated response but never an actual response with my order confirmation. Then I contacted the vendor through their wassap number posted in their website and responses were delayed and not helpful. This wassap profile didn't have a picture or a name, and the person behind it never introduced or addressed on a professional customer service way! DEFINITELY THIS PAGE IS A SCAMM
