Just like some of the previous 1-star reviews, something similar happened to me. I wanted to buy chocolate from a famous brand in my country and when I "bought" it, apparently I purchased 2 VIP memberships and gift cards from myglosslip.com and glam4hair.com.
Unfortunately, I noticed it too late, so they charged me twice. I contacted glosslip.com first, and while they did not refund me, they deleted my "membership" and all my information. But with glam4hair.com, my experience has been the worst:
- On April 2nd, I contacted them via their website to report this problem. I asked for a refund, which they denied, so I requested they cancel my "membership" and delete any information they had about me, as I could not create an account with my email address to do it myself.
- On April 2nd, the online agent told me they canceled my account and that I would receive an email about it. However, I never received the email, so I informed them about this. The agent asked me to email support @ glam4hair.com, which I did, but I never got a reply.
- On April 16th, glam4hair.com charged me again.
- Today, April 23rd, I once again contacted them via their website, and an agent told me they would contact me by phone.
