On 14 January 2025 I accidentally bought a gift card from scentamaze. I did not intend to buy anything from scentamaze, but I wanted to buy a backpack from the website of Decathlon and I did not notice that somehow I was redirected to the website of scentamaze (scentamaze.com). After paying the price of the backpack by my credit card, I recognised that it was a fraud. It was not the website of Decathlon but it was the website of scentamaze, and I did not get a backpack but received a 2 EUR gift card from scentamaze.com and also a 2 EUR gift card from glam4hair.com (that I did not intend to buy!).

Immediately I wrote to scentamaze and glam4hair through their online contact form, asking to delete my purchase and send back the 2+2 EUR to my bank account. I received an automated message from the customer support of scentamaze, but since then I have not received any further answer. Neither the price paid for the gift cards was sent back.

On 17 January 2025 scentamaze wanted to charge my credit card by 6.95 EUR - but fortunately my bank refused this transaction.

I never intended to buy anything from scentamaze and glam4hair and would never buy anything from them. It was a fraud by scentamaze and glam4hair!!!

All my issues were resolved faithfully

NFL Live purchase was made. No membership was requested.

I requested my account to be cancelled immediately I realised I wouldn't benefit from their services. It's been a tough process. The agents were kind enough to help. Just waiting on my refunds to arrive.

I opened a hotel site and a pop up by glam4hair came up and I didn't realise it was from another site. I am 69 years old and not very practical. Anyway they asked me for my Visa details. Thinking it was the hotel and I obliged. Later I found out I had agreed for a service from glm4hair. When o realised the mistake I emailed them it was a mistake om my part and asked them to cancel my account and not withdraw mony from my bank account. Today they told me they are going to close my account and refund any money withdraw. I appreciate their gesture and thank them from the bottom of my heart. I also appeal to persons my age tp double check before giving detaiis or ask someone with better knowledge about these things first. Not everybody is like glam4hair who opted for empathy rather to go by the book.

Still waiting for my refund because I will not give Glam4hair a good Trustpilot review. They say gives us a good review and we will process the refund. I am not willing to do that. My card was charged without my knowledge n authorisation. Fortunately I have blocked my card so charges get declined
