I love ordering from this company. They are effective at communication and the package are always delivered quickly and packaged nicely.

My experience turned into a nightmare. My Dr, Ella Glaser, was originally at another location. After she switched companies, everything went sour. I had to be monitored after she diagnosed skin cancer in 2024. I had an appointment in May 2025 to see her. I was very sick and had to postpone. The office said I had to pay $100 to come back. It was very cruel. I was not going for something that could wait like Botox. I was going to a life preserving check up. The manager, Stephanie, refused to give in. $100 meant more to them than my life. She refused to connect me to the owner and told me the owner was not going to talk to me. I called the owner, Dr. Lian Mack, but she refused to call me back. They are frauds if you are looking for people that sincerely care. Now, they threatened me after I told them I would publish this online.. Are these the people you want performing surgery or monitoring you for cancer? I don't think so. Save your money and take care of your health and don't go there.

Glamcosm, is my go to for my favorite skincare products. The customer service is A+++ and their shipping turn around time is super fast, two to three days. I also, want to say only at Glam Cosm do customers get the option to use a payment plan like Sezzle, it fits right into my budget and pay periods, so I don’t need to use a cc card.
