Quick Delivery response

I mistakenly clicked the wrong delivery as I needed next day, but the order had already gone through. I emailed asking if there’s anything that can be done and they contacted me back stating they had upgraded delivery free of charge for next day.
Amazing service and response! Thank you for saving me.

Fantastic items, customer care and delivery

I have ordered twice from this site and cannot emphasise enough how pleased I am with both the quality of the items as well as the customer service. Everything from communication, help and delivery was so fast. Very happy and will definitely order more in the future!

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Very unhelpful. Clothes are very cheaply made with an awful fishy smell to them. Looks nothing like the photos! Avoid!

Am not sure where these good reviews…

Am not sure where these good reviews come from and also they say that they reply within a few hours, this is a lie.. I had sent emails, messages on Facebook and Instagram and they do not reply! I placed an order with express delivery, to finally be told that it'll be delivered a week later, when the delivery states 1-2 days. I would never ever order from this company again!!
