Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service!

I’ve placed an order at 10pm tonight and unfortunately Apple Pay changed my shipping method.

After an email to the company I had a response with in minutes upgrading the shipping free off charge.

Look forward to receiving the product.

Customer services have been amazing…

Customer services have been amazing assisting me with out of stock items & my mistake with delivery on 2 occasions, ensuring I will receive my Christmas presents on time and at no extra cost to me. Such quick replies and always helpful unlike some boutique online shops. One order received today and all items were beautiful, well made and just as I saw online, I’m now really looking forward to receiving my next order on Friday. Thank you again to the team for all their help, I will be shopping with you again soon!

Sent an online enquiry and Instagram message and received a phone call within a few minutes from Ashley. Resolved my query and offered assurances that my order would be here when originally stated. Thanks very much for going the extra mile, appreciate it!

Avoid!!!

Avoid!!!! I placed an order when the coat came it didn’t look anything alike the picture posted,so I sent back for a refund when I received a refund they refunded me less than what I paid due to taxes and delivery. Even though I had nothing delivered!!!! I had already paid for the delivery before hand!!!

Blossom Long Duvet Coat – Amazing!

The Blossom Long Duvet Coat is hands down the best coat I’ve ever owned! It’s unbelievably warm – like wearing a stylish duvet – and perfect for anyone who’s always cold like me. The quality is fantastic, and it looks beautiful too.

A special shoutout to Ashley for his amazing customer service. He helped me pick the right size, kept me updated on delivery, and was so helpful throughout. I loved this coat so much I got my friend to order one too. If you’re after warmth and style, this is the coat for you!

I would avoid ordering from this shop!

I would avoid ordering from this company. I sent back a tracksuit as it did not fit (sizes are awful) and they are refusing to give me my refund after chasing them for 2 months! They are saying the item has been worn, when it hasn't. The customer services is awful and I asked to speak to a manager and they said 'can't sorry'. I have asked for the tracksuit back, as I can sell this on vinted to get some of my money back!

Super Helpful.

I ordered some sparkly jeans from Glamify.

Firstly I wanted next day delivery but forgot to change the option, so I emailed them asking if I could change it. They emailed back straight away and kindly upgraded my delivery for free!

The jeans arrived the next day and are better than I expected and fit perfectly!

Lovely Christmas gesture

I ordered a jumper from here but didn’t opt for next day delivery as I was rushing to order, emailed them today to explain this, and said that I would happily pay extra for next day delivery, the glamify team got back to me within a few hours and said that they would upgrade my shipping option free of charge, I thought it was very kind of them to do so

Shocking customer service and policiesWhen placing the order 9 days after…

When placing the order 9 days after delivery I went to register my return as the clothes didn’t fit my daughter. They will not accept the return as I reached out and it is 14 days when placing the order. Why would I not be after delivery? Every other company is 28 days. I tried to explain it is almost £100 worth of clothes going to waste but they just ignored me. Extremely poor customer service

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service. I’d been let down by another supplier on an outfit for my Xmas party. Glamify had the same dress & upgraded me to next day delivery! Outfit arrived as promised. Communication brilliant. Very helpful! THANK YOU!
