Be very careful.

This is a dodgey company that buys many reviews.

It gives ultra low quality jewelry and the refund policy is no where as good as it sounds. They will laywer you on every term and every condition.

Multiple horror stories on reddit.

Ordered a ring on the 15th may and the estimated delivery date was the 28th. Received an email saying it was delayed and expected delivery the 2nd June. It’s now the 2nd and have not heard anything since. The only email I got was 5 days ago saying it’s at the distribution centre. Why does it take over 5 days to ship? Even so it’s still not been sent out. I emailed repeatedly saying i need the ring by the 4th and all I get is a generic email stating that it’s at the distribution centre and they are doing final checks. Appalling service and regret buying from this company. I wished I read the reviews before purchasing from this company as they don’t seem to care about their customers.

We ordered our rings over a month ago and still have not received them. We also have no clear information about where they are or when they will arrive.
Customer service only sends repeated automated replies with no real answers or updates.
These rings were for a special celebration, and the delay and lack of communication ruined it for us. At this point, we have lost all trust in this company and regret ordering from them.
Never waste your time and money with them.

I ordered wedding rings that were delayed twice! Imagine ordering a pair of wedding bands and not being able to exchange rings at your wedding ceremony due to first production issue and then distribution issue. The experince was very diasppointing. The rings were beautiful overall but the engraved text was also way too small. The ring would have fitted twice the text pt.

Tiny wedding ring diamond fall out and company does not repair, fix. Make me look like bought a cheap chinase product for our wedding! Don’t buy anything from them. They dont back their defects.

I am very pleased with the necklace itself. The angel design is beautiful, and the diamond detailing gives it a truly elegant and high-quality finish. It was purchased as a special gift, and I was delighted with the craftsmanship and overall appearance.

However, I was disappointed that the necklace arrived after the expected delivery date. I understand that delays can happen and I appreciated the email explaining the situation. Unfortunately, I was travelling abroad for the ceremony where the necklace was intended to be given as a gift, and because it arrived late, I was unable to take it with me.

Whilst the product exceeded my expectations, the delayed delivery affected the overall experience.

Didn't get the parcel in time
They were late 10 days late and instead of the 7 days before birthday I got it 3 days after.
Miserable company, also declined to got the product back

Initially the rings were absolutely stunning and shiny.
Everything was just perfect. However, just a few days ago, went to a swimming pool and a few hours later, the ring was completely dark. Lost all the brightness and beauty of it.
Tried use a proper cleaning product but it didn't work. Now my husband has a shiny silver ring and I can't even wear mine because it just looks awful. What a disappointment...

Made by fake diamonds and low quality gold!advertising that a GIA certificate follow, however after you order, you get the GL certificate..Glamirs own certificate, might been produced at their main locations (Sontraer Str. 19, 60386 Frankfurt am Main, Tyskland) look at that Office building, looks like their bankrupt, or just a scam..and how about the ad for fastest shipping in the market..well my order was placed 14.04. 27.04 it was suppose to arrive, however it was just done in production...and guess, one month later, its not even shipped, and nobody knows when..... would recomend to stay as far away from this shop! Read all the bad reviews on trustpilot, that on Glamiras review page, magical has disapear....🫢🫢

I ordered something on May 7 as a gift to my wife for giving birth to our first baby. The estimated delivery was May 20-21.

A few days after, the updated the delivery estimate to 25 May. I could afford to wait a few more days, so I was not bothered about it.

We are now in 30 May and the order is still not handed to the courier. When contacting support they say the order is ready for delivery… for more than 1 week. They say is the 1st time this happens. First time for me maybe as this is my 1st order, not for all the customers complaining about the same thing.

Very bad experience so far, they are unreliable.

The process of choosing a ring is straight forward and easy. The pictures are pretty close to the product you get. The free engraving and being able to remove the brand logo or keep it is very nice. I love that they send you a video of the product you are getting. The packaging is great and nice.

Received a ridiculous reply from my review to Scamira. My previous review accurately stated that the paint fell of the ring within days of wearing it. To be specific 3 days in fact. SCAMIRA which is what they should really be called tried to defend this by stating this can happen overtime. 3 DAYS!!!. They are therefore trying to mislead any one reading this accurate review. The ring was actually the wrong size but I don't want a replacement because I don't want to pay for a ring when the paint falls off within 3 DAYS . I Simply want a refund. Not over time as they try and mislead!!!. Absolute liars

Very beautiful nose ring and beautiful paging

I am writing this review because I am disappointed with Glamira’s delivery process and communication.

I ordered an engagement ring worth €1300 on May 13, with an estimated delivery date of May 24. The main reason I chose Glamira was precisely because the delivery date matched my plans.

A few days later, I received an email informing me about a production delay and providing a new estimated delivery date - June 1. Then, on May 26, I received an email containing a video of the ring, showing that it had already been completed and was supposedly ready for shipment.

Today is June 1, the order still has not been shipped, and it is completely unclear whether it will be shipped anytime soon. The WhatsApp chatbot had been giving vague and highly insufficient responses - saying they were experiencing distribution delays, that they were doing everything they could, and that they could not commit to providing a shipping date for my order. Now it no longer responds at all. There are no phone numbers, no proper customer support, nothing. This is absurd.

At this point, I have no idea if or when I will receive the ring, but I want to say that this is extremely unprofessional for a jewelry company. People rely on their orders arriving on time because they make important plans around them — weddings, birthdays, proposals, and so on. All of these events happen on fixed dates and cannot simply adapt to Glamira’s delays, whether they are related to production, distribution, or anything else.

If by some miracle I receive my order soon and the quality justifies the experience, I will come back and edit my rating here.
