catastrophic!!
The experience so far has been catastrophic. The communication is extremely poor. I keep receiving the same repeated messages over and over again. Delivery dates are being postponed constantly, with no clear information provided.
When I asked for a refund for the express shipping, this issue has apparently already been under review by the finance department for three days over just €25. This is no longer only about me, it’s a matter of principle.
If I specifically paid extra for express shipping so that my order would arrive faster, yet it has already been delayed for more than a week without any clear delivery date, and the company is still unable to refund this amount, then what exactly is going on within this company?
At this point, I only hope that I will actually receive the ring someday, and that at least the quality will justify everything that is happening right now.

Avoid Glamira - Poor customer service
Bough an engagement ring - came with the emerald cracked . Had to send it back and wait 2 more moths to come back. All OK this time - planned the proposal after 1 Month+ for a special date and guess what : the ring i ordered was too big (my mistake ) . They denied my free resizing that they offer in the first 3 Month period claiming that this time starts when i receive my first ring (which was defective mind you ). I would not order from them again.

First time and certainly not the last
This was my first time using Glamira and was for my wedding ring, making this a very important purchase. I chose them as I read a lot of positive reviews and the pricing was very competitive. Customer service was very good from the first moment they received my order and I was kept well informed of progress including when there was a slight delay while they made sure the quality control was right. The ring arrived and feels great on my finger and came in a nice display box which felt high end / premium. I will return when I have further needs and would happily recommend them.

I ordered a bracelet for my wife's 60th, arriving in advance, naturally. Then a week before delivery was due, an email saying it had been put back until after the date! Tried to get it speeded up, but absolutely no joy. Then last week I was told it was now in Germany, and would soon be shipped. So missed the event - which was more than embarrasing - and followed up this mornimng after the Bank Holiday, only to be told that they had process issues, and they hope to send it before the end on next week! So now looking at being about 3 weeks after the delivery date given when ordering!
Why is their process problem down to me? Why do they keep giving these 'I know it must be frustrating but we are trying' rubbish, when they are clearly just acting as a handling house? And - most annoying of all - will nobody TALK to me? Only chatbot, email or Whatsapp. Oh, and after each 'communiaction' I get sent a feedback request! Ridiculous.
