Wow!

Amazing service. Sent me a replacement pair of shoes that arrived within 24 hours after a small issue with my first order. They were nothing but helpful and I'm so impressed.

5* Customer Service! You won't be disappointed

I had made a mistake on my delivery address, however Glamorous customer service advisor helped me days before Christmas Day, to make sure that the parcel reaches me in time. The item had actually gone out of stock and they managed to find one in my size! Therefore the 5stars are well deserved! Recommend them to all my friends and family

I would thoroughly recommend Glamorous! Although sadly my purchase wasn’t suitable, the customer service I have recieved has been second to none - quick responses, always helpful and ready to go above and beyond. Will definitely use again 😊

I needed this delivered in time for holiday and paid the express - and they have managed to contact me to change the address, which is great. I should now get it tomorrow saved the holiday

Fit not right

Though I had no issues with the customer service or online, their “tall” dresses just don’t fit. Absolutely not made for a human body?? I checked the sizing charts and everything but the garment “fit” in that I would fit into it, but there was no way to get it on? I could get my arms in, but not my body, or my body, but not my arms. Very strange; I certainly don’t recommend their tall range of clothing.

because you keep taking money from my credit card you also charged me more than the advertised price that makes it a really bad experience Ihad one issue resolved but then you take more money from my credit card whats that about???? I don't know I only bought one pair of shoes which I love

We have recently received an influx of complaints which should have been directed to 'myglamorous' based in Australia. From what we gather they are charging customers monthly fees without their knowledge. We have already reported and had several reviews removed concerning the same company. We are 'www.glamorous.com', a completely different company based in the UK, which is in no way affiliated with ‘myglamorous’. We would show on your bank account as KACOO FASHION and have no means of taking funds directly from banks.
We are only able to take payments with customer authorisation through an order placed on Glamorous.com and we also do not charge for accounts or monthly fees.
We would recommend the customer contact their bank for further details on this.

Twitter customer service

Issue with PayPal payment, however sent a DM to the twitter page. Got a really fast response and was reassured that my issue would be resolved. Really helpful and friendly. Can’t wait for my order to arrive!
